★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hot drinks are always great but today i had the mee siam. It was very disappointed. I only tasted lime and soya suace i have added. It was also oily. The mee siam sauce was so blend. I ate finished coz I dont like to waste food. I hope yakun will review their mee siam. Its a local delight and its unlikely to be done so badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Limited seating capacity due to pandemic....prepare to wait for seats....Tea n coffee depends on each individual for me I think it's abit bitter. Noodles or Fried rice ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pact with people. Long Queue to buy. Yakun forced you to buy first then get your seats. But after buying your coffee there is no seats. Then that is your own problem. Toxic business man!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Singapore recently and ate at this Ya Kun restaurant 4 times. Every time it was delicious, the French toast was warm and fluffy, the eggs were perfect and the kaya just right.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting as well and the staff were very friendly. People might laugh at me but Ya Kun was my favourite place to eat in Singapore just for the simple delicious meals, and I tried many places. Thank you Ya Kun Seletar Mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renovated plus change of operator; previously looked dated with very poor lightings. Somehow good basic housekeeping is still needed behind the counter where soiled cutleries are exposed; need to keep hall clean n tidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very upset with breakfast on a Sunday morning. Egg, toast tuna bread and kaya butter toast bread both were not hot upon serving. Look at the spread of the Kaya as shown in the photo, it is so little I could barely taste it. The butter spread was pretty acceptable. Coffee and milo were acceptable too. Hope yakun management can improve the quality of the food. Thanks !!
