Fionn is one of the most professional, sincere and patient groomer in her field, and she truly cares about both the mental and physical well-being of the pets she handles! Choco used to be rather fidgety and is nervous of being groomed as he has had bad experiences of being injured while having his nails cut or underbelly shaved (due to razor burns). But with Fionn, over time, he starts to relax and enjoy the special spa treatments he's treated to! Have recommended several fellow pawrents to The Big Bad Woof and Fionn, and they are all full of compliments as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to numerous groomers but none was better than The Big Bad Woof. Fionn always does an amazing job when I hand both my Pomeranians to her, have been with TBBW for almost 2 years now.
Fionn maintained professionalism and constant skills set when it comes to pet grooming. Fionn is also caring and patient on the other hand when it comes to handling my Pomeranians, she would always go the extra mile to ensure my Pomeranians are well-taken care of. Rest assured that your fur kids are in good hands ? Highly recommended!

I brought in a husky I just rescued hoping for a simple grooming but when Fionn discovered that she was covered in ticks, she cancelled her personal plans just so she could take extra time to do a thorough tick removal, discuss her skin condition with me, and offered to check my other dog for any possible ticks that could have passed over.
She really went above and beyond my expectations, and even gave me her tick removal solution to clean my home, knowing that this husky was a rescue.
Saying her service was worth every cent would be an understatement - I would definitely recommend anyone with a dog to bring theirs to Fionn as she is patient, genuinely caring, and so so good at what she does. 1000/10!!!!
