★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful condo. Within 1 km of MGS. Nice pool and not as crammed compared to Nexus. On higher floors, there is an unblocked view. Price psf can only go higher! The 1-2 bedroom units are selling like hotcakes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge condominium compound with amazing swimming pool and good gym. A friend family lives there and they renting a penthouse. Very spacious and it is very convenient as it is right across the road from some amazing Italian restaurant and right outside the condominium there is a bus stop and a few hundred meters away there is King Albert Park MRT Station.
