β β β β β This mcst that is in the second year is the most miss managed council....they do things only for themselves... They actually put cameras in the car park to serve their needs for their cars. They put an extra hump in the car park because one if the councils daughter who was busy playing with her hand phone almost got knock down. Such a self centred council.

β β β β β Noisy Noisy Noisy!!! Nosiest condo I have stayed. 3 surrounding units undergoing renovation within a 3 month time frame since I moved here. God knows how many more! 9am to 5pm renovation noise. 4 to 7pm pool noise. 7pm young kid banging on piano, grade 3 standard. Noise whole day! Many units undergoing renovation. Beware renters!

β β β β β Good facilities, fantastic location for buses MRT, local shops, cars and supermarkets. The units are getting old so every couple of months there is two or three weeks of incessant pneumatic hammering reverberating through the apartment as they get refurbished, so be warned if you are going to rent.

β β β β β Came by this afternoon to pick up something quickly from a resident. The Security lady was surprising rude, and lazy. Asking petty questions such as if itβs a pick up or a visit etc., didnβt want to move an inch for anything. Total time waster and power player!
Lots of continuous traffic in the basement carpark, like a shopping mall...

β β β β β I like the layout of the apartment. No funny wasted corners. Airflow is good in the unit too. It has facilities for families with kids. Only thing I didn't like was having the rubbish schute in the kitchen area and the traffic along Bukit Timah Road.
