★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place would 10/10 recommend it’s like I’m in Florida but in reality I’m in Singapore. Crossing the threshold of the complex to leave for work saddens me every time, but I take solace that I can return to my 7 pools and bask in the beautiful architecture. The utopia that is this place is like the el dorado of Singapore a diamond hidden in the vast sea of buildings in Singapore. The first time I laid eyes on my condo I shed a tear and fell to my knees, too weak to stand knowing the bliss that awaited me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feels like a vacation every time you step out of the house. Floridian is perfect for a young couple like us. So many entertainment facilities and swimming pools. Can't wait to get my swan float and start instagramming!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxurious condominium unit that feels more like a vacation resort than a residential area. Numerous pools dot the area, with some ground floor units directly next to them. Units are even served by their individual lifts. Not cheap though the units here, costing at least $2.5 million.
