Quiet and it is great for families.
Located near to St Gabriel Primary School and Australian International School (AIS), this condo is a favorite among families with kids going to AIS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the newest nor the nicest (by high Singapore standards), but the apartments are huge, so it is more for families than for singles. The pool and common area are pretty nice too, there is a garden area you can walk around or sit and read or relax. But the best part might be the turtles in the ponds. It's within walking distance of the MRT (about a 5-10 minute walk). Bonus points for the super friendly gate keepers who never once not waved and greeted me each and every time I entered the gate.
The photos on the higher floors show views of the school right by the apartments making it a very convenient place if you want to walk your kids to school each day.
