very comfortable waiting area with soothing background music making me feel more relaxed despite my illness. although sofa seem abit aged. now with covid distancing, clinic can consider having more waiting space as I was standing outside for a while due to lack of chairs. very friendly doctor. although he could improve by speaking only in consultation room instead of in front of waiting area as there are other customers around. excellent service from the receptionist explanation of the prescribed medication is clear and detailed. she also checked with me thoroughly on my current medication and allergies.

Dr Tan is friendly and listens to my problem attentively. I have asked to do a more thorough check because I was worried and he willingly obliged. My second time visiting this clinic. Counter staff were friendly and professional. Medicine provided were surprisingly top grade. The only thing to improve on is to change the sofas. They looked old and because of the cloth material, I'm not sure if it is clean to sit on it.

The doctor was very nice and friendly! Appreciated his advice. There were two receptionists that day and one was very helpful and didn't make the experience of my urine test uncomfortable at all, good service. The other one was rather impatient and slightly rude towards me when the card reader didn't pick up my debit card, soured the experience a little.

Nurses were very rude. For those coming here for Uni check ups please avoid it. The front desk of a clinic usually makes or breaks the experience and this is a string break.

Today, was my first visit to this clinic, for a blood test. This is a clinic close to my house and I thought of trying them out and not go the previous clinic, merely because of distance. However, I had a very bad experience and I'm wondering if I should stick to the older clinic. If I could, I would not give any stars to them, and the issue is with the receptionist - Rude for no reason! Listed below are the few instances that happened today: 1. My husband and I went there today, and we were given separate queue numbers. I asked if I could go in with my husband (since I was keen to hear the doctor's advice for my husband) and I was the next patient in queue after my husband anyway. However, the receptionist told me to go in when my queue number is called out. Found it funny but I listened to her and sat down in the waiting area. Later, my husband called me in because the doctor was ok to have me there and I was the next patient too. The reception lady didn't like this and taunted me later during the payment process. Uncalled for but I ignored it giving her benefit of the doubt of not knowing that the doctor called me in. 2. During the registration at the reception, I was asked to email my specialist prescription to the clinic's email address so that the receptionist could load it in their system for the doctor's viewing. I had emailed the front and back of the prescription and apparently the receptionist only uploaded the back of the prescription and didn't even bother checking for the front page. When the doctor pulled out the prescription to review in the system, he got only the back page of what I had sent. Then, I mentioned to the doctor that this is only 1 side, the front side is missing. The doctor asked the receptionist to upload the front side as well, to which she responded, " the patient only sent one side"! Mere lies or indifference, I don't know what to call this! The patient, which is me was sitting right there and I had attached both sides in the email I sent to the clinic. Eventually, I ignored her remarks and re-sent the same email again. While I did that, the doctor opened up my first email and he could see both the side in there. Is this lack of attention to detail or just ignorance, from the receptionist, I don't understand or is it "just blame it on the patient", really!! 3. After the consultation, when we went to settle the payment, my husband had to go out and he had told me that it'll be cashless for him since his insurance covered the visit, however, he asked me to check once and clear out the payment, so that we could save some time on just waiting there. On the other hand, for me I had to pay because my insurance didn't list this clinic as a panel clinic. So the receptionist made out my bill and I made the payments, when I asked for my husband, she rudely says she'll settle with the patient. I said I'm his wife and I'm aware of his insurance, so if there is any payment to be made, I can settle for him. She was again rude and told me "No, she will only settle with the patient". 4. Also, when I asked the receptionist about my blood test reports, as to when can I expect them, she tells me off by saying wait for our sms. I asked her politely again of a tentative timeline and wanted to tell her that I have to plan and book appointment for my specialist, but she just cut me off and said, "can you wait for the sms!" Wow!! that is some attitude man! What this lady doesn't realize is that I have to schedule another appointment with the specialist for which I need the blood test reports. Even an approximate idea on when the reports can come in would have helped me to schedule my further appointments. Again, I feel she was very indifferent/ignorant here apart from being rude unnecessarily. I kind of understand that everyone has their own issues, stresses, workloads, good & bad days, etc. at work to deal with, but that certainly doesn't give anyone to be rude, pass remarks or be indifferent to others!

Did my pre enrolment check up here and I finished it quite quickly! It’s good to turn up at your appointment timing or earlier so that you don’t have to get a later queue number. That’ll cause longer waiting time. Receptionists and Dr Tan was really friendly. Definitely an outlet of the Clinic Group that will recommend :) Thank you

Disappointing experience and most possibly the last time ill be going to this clinic. I booked an 11am appointment a week prior to taking my 3rd Hepatitis B dose. On the day of my appointment itself, I did not receive any call or messages before I left my place of residence. However, upon arriving at the clinic, I was told that not only had there been a shortage of supply of vaccine and also that the person who came before me had already used up the vaccine. Ultimately, i had wasted my trip of 45 minutes. How the staff handled the situation was merely asking to reschedule and casually apologising that they ran out of the vaccine. My only questions were. 1) Was there even a point in making an appointment if the clinic does not leave a supply of vaccine for you? 2) Why couldn't the clinic have given me a call prior to my appointment to inform me about the shortage? 3) How does the clinic manage their supplies of vaccines? I am beyond disappointed and upset that despite booking an appointment a week prior, i was just disregarded like that.

Came here as I was feeling really sick due to suspected stomach flu. I arrived at 12.08pm. The operating time states they are closed at 1pm. However, clinic staff said they have closed the counter and to come back at 2pm. Waste of time and terribly unprofessional. We are here to see a doctor, not to get our nails done. If we could wait, we wouldn't even be seeing a doctor to begin with. Replying to the owner: Please take a look at the other 1 star reviews before selectively replying. It mirrors my review. Firstly, no communication were made to say that the clinic was overbooked by any of the clinic staff. Your staffs were not friendly either. If they even bothered to explain. 'A 1 star review over this'. No, it's not just over this. Clear communications should be made. If I was aware a queue number can be taken online or through WhatsApp, would this have happened? No. But then again, when you''re that sick, what makes you think every sick person would research thoroughly before heading down? Please research the symptoms of stomach flu. Your response is amusing. Perhaps you can start by training yourself and your staffs to better handle a client like how restaurants would.
