★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told me I couldn't use my OPMC card under Aviva here, as my name was not in the system. Called IHP (administrator) to check, verified that my name was indeed in the system. Not a good feeling to be sick, have coverage and have the clinic deny you treatment, for which premiums were already paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and friendly doctor and staff. Treatment is very professional and understanding of small local infections (e.g. for rashes) and bigger health issues. The doctors are very knowledgeable and always strike a nice conversation during their treatment.
Excellent quality for money!
My clinic of choice as long as I stay in Lavender.
