★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today around 7.20pm at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf located at Esplanade Mall when I was having a simple drink and food with my friends. When I was served the cheese pretzel, I realised it didn't come with utensils. So without wanting to disturb the staff as they were quite busy, I decided to take it myself, one of the staff was being rude and scolded me if I needed anything, I could just ask for it. The staff could have told me nicely right? I even apologise to him that I was wrong. How is this acceptable? Please answer me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me, wifey and son came after our walk, we ordered 4 drinks, 3 main breakfast meals and 2 cakes.
We were shocked to know that Mdm Zainab, at her age 62, can serve us all of the above, alone!!! With my extra shot, extra hot, soy milk etc...
While some makcik and pakcik find it challenging to book for prayer space at our mosques, this Makcik Zainab knows how to make good cappu and latte plus mending the cashier machine in taking orders and receiving paywave payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best coffee bean outlet the way they pack the food and drink. They make sure the drink is wrap with additional plastic cling wrap to prevent drink from spilling. Also all the sugar and etc... is always in the packing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious and quiet environment. Good to sit down and chill. The items offered are not satisfied as the drinks are much blend as compare to other outlet. Bit the staff are friendly as observed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice visit here today. Took a while for staff to appear, but following this ordering was completed quickly and the Jasmine Green Tea & warm Chocolate Muffin were promptly served.
Wi-Fi was available, fast and worked perfectly. Quiet and not too busy inside with socially-distanced seating.
