I have been going to this clinic for 6 years. They are the perfect family doctor. Very attentive, professional and always looking out for your interest. They give good sound medical advice and support. Have rarely had to wait very long even during crowded periods.

My family and I have been going to The Coronation Clinic for about 15 years and have always received the best care and advise. I trust Dr Lee and Dr Foo with all our medical issues. Most importantly, my kids feel completely at ease at the clinic which is such a relief for me!! Highly recommended.

Adding to Dave Dive's review, the impatience also leads to harsh words such as "you have already wasted enough of my time", "I have other patients to attend to". Although they are professional in their work, their bedside manner (or the one of this particular doctor whom we shall not mention) is not what one would normally expect of a person in the health "care" business. If you don't have questions or are happy to just go in and get it done without much dialogue, then this place is more than competant. If you need more hand holding, maybe look elsewhere.

Was there to consult the doctor and perform supervised ART test as I self tested positive for COVID. The nurse assured me that this was doable, and all that I needed to do was to wait outside till I got called, as a safety precaution to minimise contact and risks, which sounded perfectly normal to me. After 45 mins, I was called and the doctor performed some diagnosis and then only I was told that he couldn't perform the supervised ART test and told me to got to CTC instead. I was both shocked and speechless that such misunderstanding could happen between the nurse and the doctor. I understand that it is up to the discretion of the doctor whether or not to perform the ART test, but I should have been told way earlier and upfront so that I wouldn't waste my time waiting but instead opting for other option. I was too tired to argue at that point of time, and left the clinic with utmost frustration. The two stars review was mainly targeting at the inconsistency of the SOP in handling the self tested positive patient seeking for medical health. Please set a proper SOP flow in handling this situation and make sure all the staff are well briefed.

Went to Coronation Clinic for a follow-up urine test after my annual health screening. Dr Thomas Lee was very professional and the very first person who taught me how to properly collect a urine sample. It seems my earlier abnormal test results were due to contamination from improper collection methods, as the latest report put me in the all-clear. I am very grateful to Dr Lee for going the extra mile and saving me from alot of unnecessary anxiety. I thought I would be given a collection bottle by the receptionist and be sent on my way, but Dr Lee actually wanted to speak with me first and find out why I wanted to do a urine test. I will consult Dr Lee as my GP from this point on. Thank you very much Dr Lee!

Started coming to The Coronation Clinic when I was 5 years old (1998) till today for a range of conditions - fever/cough/flu, asthma, tonsillitis, urinary tract infection, wound stitches, mental health burnout, you name it… I always feel a peace of mind because Dr Thomas Lee is friendly and very forthcoming with his medical advice. Consultation fees is admittedly more expensive than other places (since this is a private clinic), but I always come back here regardless because of Dr Lee’s consistent client-centric approach over the years. His staff at the reception are also generally patient and give good service too. Thank you!

Booked an appointment for pre-departure ART. The entire process was seamless and efficient - the initial call, email confirmation of details, appointment all done within 1.5 days, the actual test. Dr Lee was friendly, chatty, and professional, and service from the front desk staff did not disappoint too. Overall a really great experience, will definitely be back for future clinic visits!
