★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was asking for a replacement for the phone case ($41.30) that I bought a week ago. Part of the plastic bumper came off, after only a day's use.
Though I did not have the paper receipt, I had the Visa transaction with The Digital Gadgets, on my phone. The phone case was returned nicely in the original packaging. The lady manager, was extremely rude. She insisted in wanting the original receipt.
Because of her attitude, I decided to return her the phone case and ask for a refund. She just threw the case into the bin. I was shocked beyond words and left the shop.
As I was reflecting, I was truly surprised by such poor customer experience, especially from a well renovated shop in Parkway Parade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend The Digital Gadgets. The service, Raymond and Vivian were 10/10.
Firstly, Raymond replied promptly when i sent my queries through whatsapp and even helped to check if there are available s21 ultra temper glass at parkway parade. He also asked for my name so he can informed the staffs the time i will be reaching.
2ndly, Vivian attended to me and is very very very helpful after i told her that i did the naked glass nano before i came down(which i felt totally cheated). Vivian examined my phone and find the suitable glass because of my burga casing. Vivian was very patience and advise me what adjustments to do because the sensitivity especially the fingerprint may not work that great due to that naked glass. Thanks to Vivian, my phone is back to normal !
Lasly, i was grumpy abd frustrated the whole evening because of the naked glass. But thank god for digital gadgets. It had turned my day around!
