★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good but bit older apartments, the security staff at the entrance wasn't too friendly and didn't even fully aware of the blocks location. They made my cab driver drove all around the project and the block we wanted to go was just few steps away from the entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Future gek poh mrt (jurong region line) is within few minutes walk. Nearby there is gek poh shopping centre. Full condo facility and most of the units there are quite sizeable for big family and the exterior has a very huge space. Very quiet place to stay and within minutes you can reach tuas customs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location away from the "city centre". Across the road bus stop and small mall (50 m).
The complex have a tennis courts, gym, study area, function room, jacuzzi and swimming pools. The are three kid pools at different sizes connecting each other with a water slide next to a play area.
The Management is strict, but fair and bookings can be made online, bbq etc. In general this complex is quite except for kids enjoying the swimming pool. Overall very happy, maybe a little too far from the east.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the only few buildings in Singapore where it is built and faced towards north without any obstructed view from any other tall buildings. Fresh air always come by during the 3rd and 4th quarter of the year. The Scenery is great too overlooking the untouched forest of west Singapore.
On very clear days, you could even look at Johor buildings just across the Horizon.
Another thing to take note of is the Area here is subjected to low flying jets landing in Tengah Airbase just 3 kilometers north.It gets really noisy in the morning (Taking offs) and evenings (Landings). But if you are an aviation fan like me, you would appreciate the spectacular flight demonstration by the F-16s, F-15s and Chinooks using Tengah airbase as a training area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two gates in the condo but only one keep malfunctioning. Management will lock the malfunction gate with chains instead of allocating security guard there. Security guard would always be at the gate that rarely malfunction. Count yourself lucky if you’re living near the gate that rarely malfunction. Imagine that you’re in a rush and find that the gate nearer your house is locked and have to run towards the other gate just to get in or out. The frequency of gate malfunctioning is just too ridiculous. Management fees are paid but why this difference in treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calm, serene and an extremely well maintained residential complex in Jurong West . Ample parking slots, well managed security, barbecue corners and beautiful swimming pool with Jacuzzi makes it a perfect place to live. An impressive location to settle as family !
