Lake Grande Condo one of the newest condominium in the West. Currently under construction and expected TOP in 2020. About 10-15min away from Lakeside MRT station. Its main entrance is along Jurong West St 41 with view of Jurong Lake.

Beautiful place, you can find a secret garden on the indoor car park.

Awesome place. Lots of fond memories associated. Stayed with family for 3 months. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool immensely. Shall always remember this neat and clean condominium. My daughter learnt swimming here makes this place even more special. Very good neighbourhood where people from multi ethnicities and countries live like real good people. Shopping, mrt, bus stand and above all pristine lake and awesome chinese garden at a walking distance. Could you ask for more ?

The condo has beautiful pool..the front side units have amazing view of Jurong lake .

I am living here and have been living here for 4 years. This place is great to live in. The condo has big swimming pools and relaxing chairs near the pools. The home/house is spacious and comfy to live in. My house has 2 bathrooms, 3 rooms, a spacious living room, a normal kitchen and 2 storage room at the back. The condo has 3 BBQ pits, a Function room, a gym, a basketball court (small area) , 2 playgrounds, etc. The pool also has 2 jacuzzis (which is nice). The condo is near the MRT Station (Lakeside), it takes 3-5 minutes to walk there. The condo has 3 entrances, first one is the main one (where the cars come in) second exit is to go to the MRT Station and the third one is to the bus station (Aft Jurong West St 51). If you have a car, you don’t need to worry about parking space. There are 5 Levels (Car Park). L1 (Basement), 1, 2, 3 and 4. (Visitors have to park at Level 3). And the condo is also near to CIS (Canadian International School) Take 5-6 mins to walk there. This neighbourhood is also great to live in. So I Think it is a great place to live here.

Always a Beautiful Condominium. Well maintained by MCST, neighbours are friendly and high educated residents. Tenants mostly are PhD from NTU, NUS, SIM, internship. High rental yield. Located right in front Lakeside MRT and a promising upcoming Jurong Lake districts. Lakeshore is always in my hearts. with love~

I suspect the reviews that are positive are done by agents ? Aged condo with poor sanitation inside the building with roaches climbing out of chutes when fogging is done 3x per week which is high frequency compared to other condos. Aged playground of which quality is not as good as Public outdoor playground. Looks really good outside but horrible within . No privacy along pool chairs with people walking about and along the path . Management are rude with no response mostly . And foreigners renting short stay are norm - I don’t know how many different neighbours I have for past one and half year . Worst I saw man sneezing into pool and cleaner washing hands in the pool .facilities like children playground and outdoor gym are clearly ageing .
