★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very gentle with my dog n takes an interest in the welfare of the dog. Like how my dog smell n look after grooming. My dog is comfortable with him n even at first visit, My dog feels safe with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Groomer is inexperienced and injured puppy in the grooming process (which she took 45mins to 'accomplish') . Shaving cuts were found above puppy's eye. Never returned for a second time. Am a regular at MAD About GROOMING. May be slightly costlier ($75 compared to PAWPY's $65), further from me. But the well being of my puppy is enough to offset the transportation costs, time and hassle.
