I would like to thank Mr. Fazil Fareeth who attended to my mother, Mdm Ng. He was professional and excellent in helping my mother by increasing the volume of the hearing aid for her and was patient in listening to her stories. In addition, my mother was very happy to have an additional music feature whenever she puts on her hearing aid. We have been with this company for the past 7 years and we are always happier after leaving the shop. Thank you!

Mr Fazil renders excellent professional service and follow ups at every of my consultations. Very caring, patient and detail in his analysis ,diagnosis and explanation. Can feel that he is always giving his best. Very pleased with his service.

Mr. Fazil is one of the most patient audiologist who is also gentle to kids (in this case, he was handling a baby of less than 15 months!). It is one thing to work with adults, it is another level to work with young children. Throughout he was gentle, patient, and so professionally helpful. Although we decided to hold off the test, I highly recommend Mr. Fazil's professionally for your Hearing diagnostics/tests. He conducts his craft with skill, great ethics and wonderful bedside manners as a medical professional.

Fazil is excellent. He is caring and profession. He will explained the device and the functioning clearly and make sure you understand how to use it. He really does a good job.

My 12 year old son's hearing aid broke and our normal provider didn't have the part, so kindly suggested this company in Lucky Plaza. I popped in and could see he was with a customer, so waited. Within less than a minute he came out and wanted to know what I was doing here as I don't have an appointment. I explained my situation and was hoping he could tell me if he could get the part. Instead of saying "I'm with a customer, please wait" or "Come back in 20 mins", he told me, "You need an appointment! I'm busy!" He then asked how I knew of them, and I explained our normal provider suggested them. He then said, "Why would they do that? They are a competitor." At that point I decide to leave as he was being so rude and unhelpful, in front of his own customers. I can only assume he was having a very bad day. Thankfully Lucky Plaza has lots of hearing specialist and so the next one I tried, solve the problem in 5 mins and I will be leaving them a great review. I told our normal provider and they said they won't recommend this company anymore. Avoid. Much better service from other specialists in the same building.

I have no hesitation in giving my experience with The Hearing Solutions at Lucky Plaza the full 5 stars.. I got a Starkey hearing aid from here and I must say that while a hearing aid is a useful device, the user can benefit to the maximum with a skilled audiologist. Fazil Fareeth is an amazing audiologist. He started from the basics - explaining in simple easy to understand terms what the difference among the different types of aids is - and then did a comprehensive assessment (a hearing test) coupled with understanding my specific requirements based on my lifestyle. He then provided me with 2 demo units so that I could evaluate which one suited me better before I actually purchased one. He answered my many questions very patiently and arranged for 3 meetings to make adjustments and modifications as needed. There was so rush to arrive at a quick decision - Fazil genuinely wants his patients to be sure that the quality of their hearing has improved. Prior to this visit I had a hearing aid purchased in another country - it helped me to a limited extent but I still struggled to hear in several situations. After going to the hearing solutions at lucky plaza, I am now fitted with a hearing aid that has been perfectly adjusted for me so that I can hear in different environments - all thanks to Fazil. I recommend him very very highly.

Fazil is the most helpful and amazing audiologist. He is very thorough about customer satisfaction and makes sure they are comfortable with the device and will continue to use it constantly. His advice has been very valuable and he didn't give up and did multiple alterations to provide the most efficient hearing solution.
