First time visited The Hour Glass Vivocity last Saturday and served by Kenny. Was trying to get Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch in Sapphire crystal, unfortunately it was not available. This gallery sells multi brands from mid to high end watches. So we chatted a little on what were the watches I like. As I was looking for sport watch, Kenny introduced me few watches for my consideration, eg, Hublot, JLC etc. Finally he shown me Zenith Defy Skyline, which immediate caught my attention, as I know it is one of the hard-to-get model as high demands for this. Only Black and White dial available. So I immediately decided to get this Black dial model. Loves the watch actually how it fitted my wrist. BTW, I want to thanks Kenny for his friendliness, professionalism and attitude, Kudos. I will sure look for him in future when I am ready to get another watch.

I had a great time at the hour glass today. Thanks Bonnie, for your outstanding service and explanation of the watches. I will absolutely buy more watches from Hourglass and you in the future.

The service was exemplary ! Hubby and I dropped by The Hour Glass outlet at Vivo City, SG, with not much hope of getting a watch as the current market is high demand low supply. Mark attended to us. Talking to him was very comfortable. He was quick to understand our preference through small talks. He walked us through the details of every watch that we enquired and eventually sought our permission to recommend one piece that he thought was suitable for us. We had to admit that we were extremely amazed by this timepiece that he recommended! The design, features, material, movement, and the comfortability… It was love at first sight. To help us understand this gorgeous piece from Hublot, Mark shared with us the heritage, origin, material and every little details which we never knew of behind the making of this timepiece. The level of hospitality was truly remarkable! We cannot recommend Mark highly enough and definitely won’t hesitate to recommend him to all our friends. This was our first visit to The Hour Glass at Vivo City SG, and was a very memorable experience.

Shawn has been a friendly and patient SA since my first watch purchase from him in 2016. My wife and I recently purchased the new Moonwatch and her Cartier Tank in Vivo THG branch in the past few months. He was patient and accommodative during our visit. He would share with us his professional knowledge of the watches that we are interested in and tips in taking care of our mechanical watches. He is certainly a nice person to talk to and we would certainly come back for our future watch purchase.

Very good customer service provided by one of the staff, Shawn. He is Very knowledgeable on the world of watches….Nice buying experience. Got the omega seamaster diver 300M white dial the other day…Will definitely buy another watch from this shop. Kudos to the team..

Just started the journey of time pieces collection at Hour Glass, was attended by Ms Bonnie at Vivo city. Managed to get a few pieces with the great help and professionalism by her. She has great knowledge of all the different brands in the boutique and most importantly she was never pushy regarding sales. She also took time and effort to explain to us about the different movements and specifications of every watch that I was interested in. Took me almost a month of heading down occasionally to finally decided on 2 time pieces. Bonnie was always very patient and helpful whenever I came over. Thumbs up for the excellent service by Ms Bonnie, will definitely look for her again for my next purchase. Highly recommended for anyone whom is looking for a friendly and patient SA.

I have nothing but high praise for The Hour Glass - Vivocity. Every visit and interaction I’ve had with them has been nothing short of professional, and a clear example of high service standards. I was already impressed when I purchased my first timepiece there, but my second purchase experience was what really sealed the deal for me - the staff were really helpful in helping me secure a popular piece that I was very fond of, which I really feel shows them going the extra mile for their clients. Special shout-out to the very knowledgeable and patient Benny Ong, as well as some of the other professionals I met there like Ryan and Johnson. They have all made my watch-collecting journey a massively pleasant one!
