Had a great experience at this salon THE INFINITY HAIR ART Salon.We discussed the hair colour and hairstyle ,the stylist is Crystal ,she is very experienced and patiet,very professional and polite group of staff! ? I think my hair will be fry after dyeing,but it was extremely SOFT and SMOOTH to my pleasant surprise.Very satisfied with the way my hair turned out!???High quality they product and relaxing atmosphere are definitely a plus too!☺️I highly recommend this salon ?‍♀️.Definitely one of the best.??‍♀️

Experience with infinity hair at marine parade was not pleasant. I purchased fave voucher and they did not perform all the service listed there. They cut my hair without dividing the section, the hair turned out very uneven and choppy next day. Wasted money and time, never going back.

Went to this salon for the first time today and will definitely return. Especially loved my hairdresser Jesslyn,she was very friendly and professional,after analyzing my scalp she share a lot tips and teach me how to take care, after the scalp treatment my scalp become much better (before got a lot dandruff and always feel itchy),thank you so much??

Recently had my hair dyed at this salon via a treatment package i purchased from Fave. It was awful. My hair was not the style or color I asked for and looked absolutely horrific. They tried to fix it but this just made it brighter. I had to pay an additional cost for the dye brand I preferred (which I agreed to before they started the treatment) and I am furious at myself for paying it after the disastrous results. In the end I had to pay and additional $320 to get it fixed at a different salon. Absolutely would not recommend

My first visit here - had the k gloss treatment, colouring and haircut done by Jesslyn. Highly recommend this salon and stylist. They were not pushy with sales, actually listened to what I was hoping to achieve with my hair and provided constructive advice. Prices listed on their Facebook/Instagram page were true to what was charged. Appreciated a no gimmick, great quality and value for money salon which is a breath of fresh air as compared to some salons out there. Above all, the stylist helped me to achieve the hairstyle and colour I was hoping for. I would definitely be back here again.

I bought a fav voucher for this salon which included hair color, keratin, and hair cut. I wanted to have burgundy hair color but the guy rejected it. My natural hair color is brown, not so black. Still, he said no, he can apply only black because my hair is so dark. I was little disappointed but still hopeful and excited for keratin treatment. The guy took me to rinsing area. First, he applied color and then washed my hair. Later he used something and then rinsed it again after 15 minutes. Finally, he took me to the chair and dried my hair, and said it was done. I asked him where is the keratin treatment, for which he said the second thing that I applied was keratin. As far as I know, keratin treatment has multiple steps, including hot iron, but he didn't do anything else. The entire process was completed within 45 mins, which explains that none of the services was done correctly. I washed my hair at home after two days, and the entire bathroom floor turned black due to the hair color. I don’t expect it to stay for long. Pathetic service, never going to visit or recommend.

Hair stylists - professional Haircut - good Hair wash - disappointing. I find most salons nowadays do not focus on providing good hair wash and massage,even for regular customers. This is an essential service that should not be overlooked as customers often enjoy a good hair wash and blow in the salon. An area that they can look into retain loyal or walk-in customers.
