The Integrative Medical Centre by The Iron Suites - 491B River Valley Rd

Prompt and efficient service, i called today morning to make an urgent appointment for my sister with the dr. The staff who handled my call told me she would do her best and within few mins i got an appointment. Really appreciate the value added service given by this clinic. :)

Such an awful experience here. The last time i came in, it wasn't like this. The service given was amazing the last time i came in a few months ago. Now the standard has dropped with new people handling, really disappointed with how the service given to me. Not sure if i would want to come back unless they work on provide a better service to their patients. Please train your staffs of how to speak to patients and treat them. And please dont make your patients wait especially when they have an appointment time given to them.

I have followed my wife for an infusion treatment last week at The Integrative Medical Centre. I would say that the experience was wonderful, I like how the clinic looked, it felt really warm and welcome. The consultation with Dr Dheerajj was really detailed and it actually showed that he cared for his patients. Mind you there are some places would see us for 10 minutes and there was no proper explanation given. He sat through with us and explained everything in detailed so we were very clear of what to expect of the treatment. He was really welcoming as he always walked us to his room.Very professional. The nurses were very friendly and always making sure my wife was doing fine. Making her feel less anxious as she was scared of needles. They did an awesome job keeping her calm and composed until the end of the treatment. The treatment was job well done, the nurses made sure me and my wife were comfortable as it was an 1 hour treatment. They were very nice and entertaining with their funny joke. Kudos to that. Upon checkout, the staff who was attending to us was really friendly too, she strike a conversation asking how the treatment was and how my wife was feeling after it. She even mention what we should expect for aftercare from them. This was really nice and i feel really cared as no clinics would actually have such services. Kudos to that too. However i would like to highlight that one thing that i noticed during checkout we saw two staff at the counter, we approached the staff that was available, and her immediate reaction was to tell us have a sit as her colleague was busy with the patients before us. We had to wait as the staff who did our check out was busy with other patients. I dont understand why the other staff wasn't able to help us while she was on her laptop the whole time. And she kept shouting BYE SIR/ MDM to patients leaving while sitting down. RUDE MUCH When it was our turn to check out, the staff who attended to us apologise for making us wait. The service recovery was ardy done as the staff was very apologetic for making us wait. Putting that aside, Overall, it was an amazing experience, KUDOS TO THE INTEGRATIVE MEDCIAL CENTRE.

This was my first time visiting the clinic and I had a very good experience. The clinic was clean , staff was very friendly , waiting area was equipped with several beverage options . Dr Dheeraj was professional and friendly and made me very comfortable . He answered all my questions and carried out the treatment with efficiency . I would definitely recommended the IMC by iron suites to everyone .

My first time consulting with IMC Iron Suites and would like to say that clinic has a very comfortable setting with readily available drinks to offer. I got to wait for about 45mins due to unforseen prior consultation that took a long while but Doctor gave me a very detailed breakdown of report findings and suggestions for next steps to improve specific concerns. No hard sales of any service but sincere recommendations from gathered stats. Would be back for health screening and PCR/Antigen tests. Reception staff is very friendly, patient and understanding as well. Thanks for helping to ease the waiting flow today.

Just did my iron infusion here at the integrative medical centre and it was a great experience. Their clinic was a really calming environment, putting you at ease. Dr Dheeraj was also very detailed and thoughtful in his explanation throughout the entire consultation. The staffs are really friendly as well! Thank you for making my trip to a clinic less intimidating and easy! :)

This is an overdue review, I must say that everyone here were very friendly and welcoming. They made my experience smooth. Amazing service. And I liked how the clinic looked, so serene and elegant. One thing I would like to call attention to, that would be a staff that she did not know her product knowledge well of the treatments the clinic offered when asked as she interrupted my conversation with the staff billing me out. This is just a word of advice as it might not look good and with the yelling of bye ma’am startled me. Please refrain from doing that to others. I would still give this clinic a 5 stars with the amazing services and calm environment! ❤️❤️❤️

Great holistic clinic with doctors that really care and don’t rush patients. My hormone issues were thoroughly reviewed and I feel much better now. Friendly nurses are caring and blood test almost pain less. Highly recommended.
