The Listening Lab - Hearing Centre in Marine Parade

It has been a long time that I have received such great service. Hearing on the left ear was deteriorating badly. Did a search on Google for hearing aid on 19 Feb 2021 Friday. Found the most professional website to be Listening Lab. Sent a contact email. A Mr Kelvin (if my memory serves) returned call within 10 minutes. Appointment at Marine Parade set for 1.30pm Monday. Met with Ms Fann Khoo. Very knowledgeable and professional. Did the hearing test and a trial hearing aid test programmed to the hearing test. Wonderful. Today 24 Feb 2021 2,30pm went to collect the new hearing aids. Confirm the programming according to frequency and dB and blah blah. Another round of thorough explanation by Fann Khoo (actually later stage I started to yawn). Initially the inserts in the ear was a bit irritating. Left at 3.45pm. The time now is almost 7.00pm. I am still wearing them and do not feel the irritation any more. Seems natural. Tomorrow see how. :-) Due to the configuration of our living room, my wife always on my bad left side. Now can hear her and don't need to huh huh huh and end up quarrelling. As usual she said "I TOLD YOU TO GO GET LONG AGO". Will be back in 1 mont's time for fine tuning on frequency and blah blah.

My mum and I were attended by Jeremi, and we were very convinced at the resound hearing aids. It has great battery life, offsite online recalibration capabilities for hearing aids (great plus in times of covid). But all in all, i think my mum was more excited she can now use her hearing aids to listen to her radio while having her evening walks at the park. cool! Thanks Jeremi for your patience and clear explanations. We are happy with the purchase.

I have been reluctant to get one for many years, until I met Jeremi. He gave me the confidence and assurance to proceed to get one. Always give detail answers to ensure I am clear and full understanding what I will or should be experiencing. His patiences and attentiveness ensuring a newb is comfortable.

I was attended by miss Fann Khoo on first appointment , Miss fann was very good in explaining the product in detailed and with passion too. She did not rush me to buy the product but wanted me to complete my test and know about the product without knowing if I were buying or not. I was impressed by her patience and professional attitude toward customer. I decided to buy a set of hearing aids from her at the end of the session which she spent over an hours with me. I told her, actually I have another appointment with another company to try their product and now that have to be cancelled. Miss Fann has made a happy customer for the company. Cheers

I went to see Vivian for advice of my faulty hearing device. She patiently checked and advised me to send it for repair. I want to thank Vivian for being kind, honest, willing to help & friendly to clients. She had patiently & skilfully tuned & balance my repaired hearing aid. Now, I can hear better & clear.?

Have started to lose my hearing at 50. Went to see Vivian who provided excellent insightful advice with zero pressure to buy. I'll be back when I do need a hearing aid.

This Vivian over the phone claimed that they have audiologist but she is not one. Wanted my uncle to buy one piece of hearing aid when he needed two as advised by hospital doctors. Not sure if this is regulated or not.
