I was really hesitant at first and he agreed that I belong to the group of patients who he finds hardest to convince based on the hearing loss that I have. Despite the fact that it can really be costly depending on the level of technology the hearing aid has, Jeremi was able to explain clearly and explore several options including their pros and cons. As someone who is going to spend a hefty amount, patient like me needs reassurance that it would be worth it and a good investment to make oneself confident again especially in dealing with work. Jeremi has been very patient and accommodating from the very beginning up until post sales support and one couldn’t deny his expertise in this field. Additionally, the lucky plaza branch is neat and quite accessible too when it comes to location. Keep up the good work and more powers to your brand.
V	Vanessa Sim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought the hearing device from Bloom many years ago. During COVID we do not dare to go out unless necessary. We just found out that Bloom is no longer operating. Good thing Listening Lab took over. Their location is much better and more accessible than before when Bloom used to be on the 6th floor. Easier for my parents to visit and find the shop because its just in front of the escalator and located now on the 2nd floor. Jeremy the Audiologist has been very helpful. My dad is using a very old device and Jeremy is able to handle it and explain the device to us in details. He also explained the new products to us and explained the improvements over the Widex Dream that my dad has. Will highly consider buying the new set soon thanks to Jeremy's patience in explaining.

The knowledge and professionalism are unmatched by anyone anywhere else. Mr Jeremi Calinisan clarified the importance of good hearing in order to achieve better listening was easy to understand and made sense to me. And he was not trying to hard sell to me either.
