Since it was a red colour I worried the colour would not match the other zippers and I was not sure about the quality of the work either. The entire process was very smooth, I was explained how long it would take, how much it would be, the team sent me a picture of the new zipper to make sure it matched the color beforehand and one week later I could pick it all up. The work was done perfectly and the color could not be better. That was a very nice experience, thank you. I was not clear the shop was the same as promoted online as “Everything Zipper” so this could be added somewhere.
E	Evigan Xiao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altered two pairs of pants there on separate occasions - denim and chinos. Both were made using dead stock fabrics and required their waists being taken in a smidge. The final work was clean and you could barely tell that any work was done. I also had a belt loop repaired there that was handled equally well. Pleasant service is the icing on the cake. The only drawback is that their turnarounds tend to be on the longer side due to their popularity, so not all that surprising in the end. They do handle urgent requests, at a small premium. All in all, very glad to have found a reliable alteration service that I can rely on!

The price was slightly heavy, but! my dress was ready to be picked up the next day and the stitching was spotless. I'm very happily satisfied with their service :)
L	Le Min Cheong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I was a little taken aback by the price, I have to say it's worth it for a quality alteration, time taken, and peace of mind, especially if the item is important enough for you to warrant an alteration. The staff were very friendly and courteous. I'd taken my dress to another place prior, but they declined seeing the material of my dress (sheer, flow-y material). The seamstress at The Alteration Studio, on the other hand, was very confident and even helped me adjust it in places I didn't expect could be altered. It took about over a week to get my dress altered. Would definitely recommend and come again if I need anything else altered. :)
S	Shion Hoshino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a regular for more than 3 years, back when Alteration Studio was still sharing the same small and cramped unit as Reward Laundry. Glad to see that their business has done well enough for them to expand their premises; Alteration Studio now looks and feels like a Studio! They're the only tailors that I entrust more complex alterations with, such as waist tightening and sleeve shortening. Have about a dozen pieces in my wardrobe (jeans and jackets) that were professionally altered by them. Workmanship is excellent and definitely exceeds expectations. There's definitely a premium on the prices they charge, but I'd say that it's well worth it especially if you need the job done well. If it's just some basic length shortening of pants and jeans though, then by all means I'd recommend go to a neighborhood shop for cheaper prices. Customer service has always been splendid, and in particular I'd like to compliment Livon on her helpfulness and pleasant disposition. All in all, would highly recommend Alteration Studio.
