I purchased a fave voucher to try out this shop services. It’s a gel manicure. Once the staff know that I am using a fave voucher, the staff attitude totally changed. And their gel manicure it’s only two layers , which is super thin. My nails were broken after one week because the gel was not strong enough. This never happen before when I did gel manicure in other shops. I was really considered to sign a long term contract with dollhouse because it’s really near to my living place. They looked down on fave voucher purchaser so they lost this business. Will never return again.

One of my favorite nail places! The service is always good and consistent. The nail techs are all talented and pretty much can do whatever nail art you request for. Love that it is also at a convenient location, near Raffles City. Thanks Dollhouse, for making sure I always have pretty nails! :)

The staff was nice and she provided great service and advised me choosing color and style for my nails. Their gel products are great compare to many places that I have done. My nails that I did from their store, it lasts so long. Would recommend to do nails here

i booked my appointment online for a mani and pedi promo for $45 on 29 June. the booking went through so i assumed the promo was still applicable and if it wasn’t, someone would contact me. i showed up on the day of my appointment (29 june) only to be told that the promo had ended and i’m expected to pay the full amount without promo. so i only proceeded to do a pedicure, even though i really felt like leaving altogether. the staff were quite unbothered and unfriendly. they didn’t even apologise for the mix up of the promo code still being available for booking online when it was supposed to be over. there was also a very unpleasant smell in the store.

Very disappointing experience & customer service!!! I booked my appointment online under the first-time promo. When I arrived for my appointment, the nail therapist told me that the promotion was no longer available and ended in February, even though it was still listed/available for booking on the online system (It’s July BTW) with no additional disclaimer. Thus, she turned me away. If this was honestly the case, the website should be updated & I personally feel that the therapist could have be more polite and handled the situation better.

Gel peel off from side top on the 5th day & they say because i never do cuticle removal which i don’t believe its the cause, this affect all the fingers on my right. The top coat are also uneven Went back for free touch up & request to be done by Ziwei instead coz she is very meticulous during my last pedicure Service is not that good after change of owner last yr & price increase quite alot

The nail polish doesn't dry at all! I did my nails at 3pm in the afternoon and I was extremely careful with them the whole time after that. By 1am, they were still perfect and I had to go to sleep, but to my dismay, I woke up to find all my nails ruined!!! There were crease lines all over them, fabric marks and the tips were buckled... It had been 10 hours since I go them painted, but they were still not dry... Some very very poor quality nail polish was used. Not a recommended place for classic manicure.

Staff who did my classic gel manicure was quite friendly and did a proper job. Staff who did my pedicure (didn’t catch her name but she had bleached long hair) did a very poor and rushed job. She did not even scrape off the corn I had on my feet and there was alot of dead skin that was not removed. After the session was over I still could see dry skin on my last toe. Even the painting or the nails were so messy and uneven. It totally did not feel as clean as compared to all my previous pedicure done elsewhere. Felt like a very rush job because my appointment was booked for 12pm for gel manicure and classic pedicure which usually takes 2 hours. But they told me their next appointment is at 1pm. Which means they expect3: to finish my session within an hour. (I was 15 mins late which was my bad but I still don’t think they should not fix appointments so close to each other). My session ended in 45 mins which was ridiculous. Worst pedicure session ever!
