Never see this stall before. Decided to order and it came as a surprise. Soup is tasty and not "porky" at all. Very good, must try.

The pig organ soup is on par with that of Koh Brothers (I later realised that they are affiliated). Everything were well cleaned and cooked perfectly (neither overcooked nor undercooked). The clear but tasty soup contained a generous amount of salted vegetables. Both young men were hygenic and polite. E-payment was available too.

I have to begin this review that stating I have never fancied pig organ soup. I have tried other vendorโ€™s pig organ soup and I didnโ€™t really enjoy it. Usually for most of the pig organ soup out there, the offal meat is badly processed and cooked. The soup sometimes will also have too much ๅ’ธ่œ and white pepper to cover up the pungency of the pig organs. You even smell a stench walking by other stalls because of the badly processed offals boiling away in the soup. Thatโ€™s elsewhere. Now. This pig organ soup here is special. I think I fell in love with pig organ soup. Firstly, every piece of organ in the soup, is really well cleaned and processed. And then, the soup is so clear, you can see everything in the soup. When a soup is clear, usually itโ€™s either flavorless or the chef put in alot of effort and attention, tending to the bouillon/broth, cooking it slowly, and then carefully straining it. This broth, is the later. Basically a consommรฉ. The broth tastes so clean, bright and aromatic. In this hot Singapore weather, this soup actually tasted refreshing. The soup is perfectly salted with a hint of the salted vegetable ๅ’ธ่œโ€™s aroma. As you continue going back for the soup, the slight acidity you get from the salted fermented ๅ’ธ่œ(which I relate to white kimchi) is what makes it addictive. This is simplicity at its best. This clear broth and the dish itself, though laborious, is nothing complicated but very well executed. For once in my life Iโ€™d say Iโ€™d actually eat pig organ soup again. It converted me. Thank You.
