โ โ โ โ โ Customer service is utterly bad as per other reviewers have shared. I called to check the price for sending some docs to a designated location with no specific need to reach today. I was told that price will only be available if i provide the time to collect the doc and time needed to reach the recipient. Hence, not willing to quote. There are so many courier service providers out in the market and with such bad attitude in answering phone calls, I think it's worth giving this company a pass.

โ โ โ โ โ Bad experience with the customer service. Called to arrange a courier service, customer service did not care nor answer any of inquiry made and kept repeating the price pushing to confirm the service, being super impatient. Called the second time, asking nicely whether is the parcel delivered as there's no follow ups or notifications but got yelled at. Quote from the customer service agent; "DELIVER LIAO LA". With that, courier was successfully made and delivery guy was nice.

โ โ โ โ โ I had used their courier service in the past and my recent experience with them was very pleasant. Everything went well as per my instructions. Thanks to Ben who is patient and professional. Wising them a better 2021 and hope that they can continue to deliver good service to their customers.

โ โ โ โ โ Their hotline staffs are not friendly and quite rude most of the times.
Price is reasonable but you have to call before 11am to get a better rate.
Majority of their courier representatives are friendly and helpful in general, which I think their hotline staffs should learn from...

โ โ โ โ โ The hotline staff are very rude and not friendly like that, they can say so you want anot or they complaint the customer like you even cannot confirm by yourself? Very ridiculous customer services and attitude really makes people vomit.

โ โ โ โ โ Hotline staff rude and unfriendly! Called to arrange for courier only to be met with a sarcastic and crude staff like i owe him something. Will never use your services again recommend people to stay away.

The most unprofessional, poor quality courier service in Singapore.
1) Extremely rude hotline personnel. Spoke as if I owed them money, can't believe anyone even uses this service! Most unprofessional service staff I have ever interacted with.
2) Courier was rough with the package in front of me, clearly anything breakable would surely have a high chance of being damaged en route to its location. Courier also had no idea what he was doing, and what he was delivering, even had to ask me what he should do in terms of invoicing.
3) Quoted different rates for the same type of delivery. Quoted a eye-watering $15 for a same-day delivery, when courier arrived he said it was $20. On a separate occasion, same delivery circumstances, quote was $8. Inconsistent and very misleading.
Will never use Roadmaster again.
