I don’t understand what she is trying to say
don’t have what???? Then when I told her that this is a CSC card gov subsidy for those work with Gov she say oh u must go to government poly. Then she say do u know this is GP? I was like what ! I did told her that yes I know this is the only clinic that says don’t know. Most of the Private clinic I go to they accept CSC card. And then she jus walked away. So rude & poor knowledge. I will not recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start in a positive note. Doctor is good and quick analysis based on the information and investigation.
The opening is mentioned as 08:30 but the doctor come only at 09:00. I went on 23rd July with my son and had to wait till 09:30 to see the doctor. Even after the doctor came at 09:00 the first patient was called in only at 09:10. Even if the patients are coming out quick there is a big GAP to call the next patient. There is one person in the reception who is really rude and behaving differently with everyone and she answers to people to any question in a manner that we are supposed to know everything. I have edited the open time in Google as the doctor comes only at 09:30 and just the clinic is open for taking appointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor was very unfriendly and insulting about my weight. Putting that aside, his method of examining me was also very bad. I was having sore throats and ear infection. Seated from his seat I don't think it was possible for him to see my throat. Medicines did not work, wasted $30. Went back to my doctor in Clementi avenue 2. Dr Yeo's medicines worked within an hour for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will not recommend this clinic. Doctor was very unfriendly and hostile in his diagnosis. I was down with bad coughs that kept me up all night with very bad runny nose and lots of mucus and felt giddy with a fever. The doctor said it was not serious and sent me home without mc. Had to go back to work and my boss sent me home on the spot after seeing my condition. Opening hours stated in websites was wrong and the doctor only came in at 930am. And their computer system was always down and many patients could not be verified and were told repeatedly if you are not under subsidy we will make you come back and pay. Lousy service and attitude from the clinic especially the doctor.
