★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Skin Clinique without much expectations. Never had any facials done before but my lovely esthetician Yuki walked me through what to expect and made it feel like I was being treated at home! I think Yuki was aware how painful extractions may so she played some calming music through the process haha. They were not pushy for sales but i still got a facial package because It was a good deal! I have come twice and every time I leave my skin feels so smooth and polished :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m posting to comment about their nail services. Went for a gel manicure just a few days ago but already my NAILS are chipping - this has never happened before! The quality of their polish is questionable because they ran out of polish, so they added some water to the bottle. I was speechless.
For certain polishes, you needed to top up $5. I painted each nail in a different colour and they charged me $20 extra for that. No design, just a solid colour. I would not recommend their nail services.

Alice was unprofessional and was impatient when I asked her about questions such as how the effect of lashes will turn out & the difference in the length she will be using. The end result turn out ok but the lashes were not lasting. Another lady who attended to me after the session was nicer & did not hard sell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the eyelash extensions done by Alice, one of the best in the East. Her nail art skill is also great, love the manicure done by her. Great spa done by Mick for my pedi, she did a great job removing all the dead skin! Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to be very skeptical about going for facial previously because of personal experience and reviews that Ive read. Visited The Skin Clinique and totally impressed by the professionalism of my beautician, Yuki.
Ive been coming here for 6 months now, and skin condition has improved much. Other than using good product and machines, i think what i really love most is she is very attentive to my skin condition and i just felt every session is specially customised.
No hard selling here, instead, she shared a lot about how to really take care of my skin and things to avoid.
I would highly recommend The Skin Clinique. Even to very skeptical person like myself, i'm glad i came =)
