The Soup Spoon+

I ordered two upsized portion of soup(beef stew, barramundi casserole) from them through Grab. I was quite surprised to find the portion were quite small, only about 300cc each! Asked Grab to check if the size was correct, they replied that restaurant said it was correct?? Not only the portions were small, the soup looked unfresh. Looked like they've been reheated too many times, the ingredients were all smudgy. I only tasted a scoop and threw them away as I didn't want to risk my family's health. For around $15 each soup, I don't think the quality is even close to acceptable!! Normally I don't have times to post reviews, but because the experience was too unpleasant, and after I feedback to restaurant, they insisted that's how they were. I had to write this review to inform consumers out there! Both service and food were terrible! Also to the soupspoon franchise managers, if you choose to be in the F&B industry, it is your responsibility to have good food quality and safety practise, I'm writing this feedback also for your business's long term benefit.

don't bother if they don't sort out their operations. the wait time is horrendous - 30+ minutes wait, 3 people who ordered after me got their food first, 2 grab food bags (which was still there when I left) took priority, and they realised they missed a flatbread when they called me, moe waiting time. hard pass never going back

Worst store ever, if there is a zero star, this store at jurong point deserves it. The staff was on the phone the whole time while I was waiting for him to finish to get my order. Took more than 5min and still non stop talking on phone. Another customer made a dine in order, and I saw the same guy preparing her food without wearing gloves.

Had to wait over 1 hour and a half for the worst burger I have ever eaten in my entire life... Never again...

Food was not bad, though the wait was abit longer. Recommend the beef stew with pot pie and also their chop chop chicken salad! Marinated and chicken wasn't dry at all.

Good place to eat healthy foods.

My mom (in her 50s) approached the staff to seek assistance as she didn’t know how to use the self-order machine. Sadly, the staff didn’t bother helping her and just told her to order at the machine. Fortunately, there was a kind stranger who was willing to guide her on how to make her order using the machine. I am appalled at this behaviour. I understand that the staff may be busy as it was lunch hour but they could have treated my mom nicely. Not surprised that the rest of the reviews are equally horrendous. Food was still good nevertheless.

Decent small outlet, food was alright though they tend to sell out real quick towards the evening at times.
