★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to bring my cat elsewhere and wasn't very comfortable. Was recommended to TVC and my cat and I are both happy with the service and treatment received! Only downside is hard to get appointment slots and don't entertain walk in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister and I are thrilled we finally found a vet who puts our dog needs first and not the aim to squeeze out as much money from the customer.
Dr Joanne Ho and the vet nurse handled our senior dog very well even if she was a bit of a drama queen.
The staff behind the counter seem a bit unsure about things but I understand if they are new and still learning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t have a preferred vet because all the vets and staff here are friendly and patient.. they never fail to call before to remind me of their appointment and after each appointment to ensure my pets are alright.. glad there’s a vet I could count on within walking distance..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been here for vaccination and sterilization for my cat Minmin. Both Dr. Kennth and Joanne are very kind. They are super nice and patient answering my question. The place is clean and well maintained. Recommend all paws parent coming with their pet for medical needs. Thank you very much for taking good care of my little cat. Meow??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have always had great experience with this clinic be it my dog or my kittens. There's a constant reminder for every appointment and follow ups of our little furballs to ensure they are alright. All staffs are friendly, genuine and kind. Highly recommended even though last minute bookings are unlikely to get you any slot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been to this place twice after a recommendation from an acquaintance.
Was attended by Dr Joanne Ho the 1st time we brought our cat for a check up. Friendly and professional. She was really gentle with our cat and even helped to calm our cat :)
The latest was with Dr Donovan Goh who was SUPER patient and helpful, answering all my questions with regards to medicine, procedures etc. He was also really detailed in explaining the Xray and blood test results. :)
The nurses were also really friendly and helpful. Overall, a great veterinary clinic! Thank you to all the staff for your patience and care!
