โ โ โ โ โ My rabbit visited this clinic in an emergency as referred by my usual vet a year ago. So when usual vet left my previous clinic I decided to return to this clinic to treat my rabbit. To my surprise the clinic told me I need to pay a higher second opinion charge instead of normal consult fee due to his complicated case and the need to review the past history. I found it ridiculous so decided to try another bunny sauvy vet who not only promptly accepted my plight and told me they will follow up with my previous vet as it's their normal practice to better understand my rabbit needs. There will be no extra charge and I will only need to pay normal consultation fees. I have only this much to say for a clinic that talks about dollar and cents first above treating not only a sick but grieving rabbit who just lost his partner.

โ โ โ โ โ Thank you Dr Cathy and her team for caring for Dong Dong since he was rescued a year ago. Although we have only adopted him for 2 months before he passed on, we have had wonderful support from TAD and we get to have the best time with him. We adopted his sibling Ting Ting earlier and they both suffered from genetic issues and poor upbringing. They both had difficult but successful dental surgeries at TAD. Although Dong Dong eventually passed away on the way to clinic, Dr Cathy, Dr Tsai and team have done a lot to keep him comfortable, allowing him to enjoy his final days with his new family.
All our bunnies go to TAD as they are very experienced and dedicated, and always have the animals best interest in mind.
The vets really work very hard to accommodate every patients so waiting time can be long at times. Best to make appointment and be punctual. We sometimes get surgery updates late at night so can see the team really go the extra mile for animals in need.

โ โ โ โ โ Bad attitude from the butch lookalike counter staff with Zero animal compassion, to her, its just a job, avoid OT at all cost. Told them on the phone my guinea pig had a head tilt and it was an emergency while driving on the way to them. Counter staff kept repeating they are closed at 8pm and there would be extra charges. Agreed to it but the staff claim heshe would check with the vet yet upon us reaching there at 8.05pm, still yet to check with the vet and told us to go elsewhere. really utter waste of time and money orientated animal clinic. Disgusted at how the counter staff protray zero compassion in such emergency. Its not that I can't take no for an answer but the counter staff should have told me straight up instead of stringing me along, could have use the time to turn around and head to another vet. Disappointing at how these are handled.

โ โ โ โ โ We picked up 10 cans of expired Hills Prescriptions for our dog. We didnโt check on the spot as we Pre-ordered and only went there to pick up and go. Naturally, consumers like us will think that we wonโt be given expired food cans from a vet. We ordered on 23rd April and picked up on 25th April. It was after the 5th can food, then my mom discovered the whole batch were โbest before May 2021โ. So my dog had expired food cans since. We didnโt make a big fuss out of it as our dog didnโt show any side effects from the expired food cans. Thank god! We called to request for an exchange for the remaining cans or refund. We would prefer an exchange. I think we have been very understanding and patient to this whole incident as they also may not want such mistakes to happen in the first place. The thing that offended us was that we have been very forgiving despite knowing our dog had taken expired food cans bought from them, but they called back and insinuated that we could have come back to them with these expired cans from other clinics or vendors. They said they checked their stocks and inventories and their last expired batches were all June 2021. Then where did we get these from? I told them to check the CCTV. We meant to exchange or refund the remaining 5 cans which is about slightly less than $50 bucks. Itโs not an amount that we would go take the trouble and time to cheat them of as we also stay quite far away. I think it was a reasonable request. The response was they might have to take a few months to come back to me on this. When I expressed shock to the timeline they gave me, the lady on the phone then frustratedly said it would at least be a few weeks. Meanwhile, what should my dog feed on? They asked to come back to purchase more. After such unpleasant exchanges, I doubt I would return for their services.

Updating after their call to me due to the above review, the call content contradicts their reply to my post which still implied that we got the cans from some other clinics. During the call, the finance accountant admitted and apologized that they DID in fact issued expired food from 2019 batch to my dog unlike the fast moving items they mentioned and the often performed stock-taking.
My dogโs visit to other clinic is irrelevant to this issue as she has been to other clinic a year back for skin problems.
My dog underwent a surgery and prognosis for her bladder stones and right after prescribed medication and diet were followed accordingly from the same clinic. I donโt see why my previous visit to other clinic for her skin issue has to be brought up here to insinuate yet again that we got the cans from other clinics to cheat you of that less than $50 bucks cost.
I am just disappointed that when we were very patient and clam the first few days to ask for a resolution to this incident, the clinic took a defensive way to worm themselves out and I have to resort to writing a google review to get a response from them. I am just thankful that my dog did not have any repercussions from the expired food taken. I donโt understand why the clinic cannot just own up immediately and take responsibility there and then. These issues aside, I want to clarify that Dr Shu Ning from Tiong Bahru Branch is awesome with treating my dog. She explains the procedures and diagnosis very well. She also spayed my dog when my dog was 6 months, a very caring doctor.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst animal clinic ever. I recently brought my hamster to the above clinic because my hamster found out to have a kidney stone. During my second visit, they tried ultrasound on my hamster and after that my hamster started bleeding badly when I brought him home. They also assured me to update me about my hamster's conditions multiple times in a day when my hamster was hospitalised. Also, during the hospitalisation, they did not inform me about what kind of medications my hamster is on, so I had to keep asking them about the medicine information several times. They also said they will send me the picture of the x-ray asap but they didn't so I had to beg for it many times. Even till today, I still didn't receive any results from the ultrasound that made my hamster bleed. When my hamster started bleeding, the vet was busy coming up with excuses as if nothing is her fault, although I do understand her perspectives, but i was greatly disappointed after knowing that the clinic didn't bother to reply to the other new clinic that I ended up regarding my hamster's medical history and x-ray information. Even though they charged me a huge amount of money, and I was super desperate to save my hamster's life, so i don't regret to spend over $300. But now when I think back, I think that the amount of money I have spent is definitely not worth it compared to the struggles that my hamster and I have been through mentally, physically and their service quality. I am super furious about their irresponsible actions. For those of you, who will see this review, I strongly assure you that this animal doctors is never the best choice for your beloved animals. At the end of the day, all I could feel is that I was treated like an ATM machine but we DO also have feelings and love towards our animals. I am writing this to future customers wholeheartedly. Please bring your pet to somewhere else.

โ โ โ โ โ It's my first time visiting the clinic. The lady doctor attends to my guinea pig is very caring and gentle to my pig. She doesn't suggest to give medication or procedure when she doesn't see the need. The cost is reasonable. I will definitely recommend this clinic to my friends.

I decided to spend more time with my 5 year old guinea pig and was given pain killers for her. Thank you Dr. Yeong and the staffs for the detailed explanations, understanding my situation and being gentle to my guinea pig. If i have anymore small animals i am sure to bring down to this vet and have check ups with them! Pricing is reasonable too. Veterinarians and staffs is friendly and kind!
