GROHE Gallery - 24 Mohamed Sultan Rd

Extremely poor customer service and it's been exasperating dealing with them. I ordered a bunch of items on 23 June (fully paid), and the items were supposed to take 8-12 weeks (latest 17 Sep) to arrive. At the 9th week, I texted Salesperson 1 and she told me the items will arrive the 3rd week of Sep. Come 3rd week of Sep I texted her again and she said to expect the items end-Sep to early-Oct. Come early Oct I texted her multiple times for an update and no reply. Called and no answer as well. I then called Grohe Gallery and the first person I spoke to said Salesperson 1 will attend to me later in the day. 2 days later still no news, and I had to call Grohe Gallery again and demand for the items. Apparently most of the items were in the warehouse except for 2 items. I then requested for majority of the items to be delivered first. As for the 2 remaining items, on 15 Oct Salesperson 1 told me it will be delivered 1-1.5 weeks later. 2 weeks later still no news. Found out Salesperson 1 left the company and Salesperson 2 is taking over my order. 9 Nov, I text Salesperson 2 for an update and no reply. 10 Nov text again, no reply. 11 Nov I called him and he said he was on MC, and that he'll tell his Manager to call me, but I never received any call. Today, 13 Nov, I called Grohe Gallery again and they tell me their Manager don't work on weekends. I was supposed to receive the 2 items max 8 weeks ago! And my bathroom reno is stalled because of their tardiness. Totally unprofessional how they don't bother to update the customer.

awesome showroom to view wide range of grohe products. very friendly and helpful sales ambassador, who proactively suggest the products based on my needs and help me with all my questions. definitely recommended for anyone who have questions on which grohe products that are suitable for your need.

Served by Mae when me and my wife were there and we're thoroughly impressed with the service. Place also has nice promos from time to time.

Had a wonderful experience at Grohe gallery @ Mohd Sultan. The showroom presentation gives me the idea to realise a hotel style bathroom for my own home. Plenty of concept corners in the showroom with wide array of products to choose from. Visibly and creatively giving any interior designers a fresh perspective to conceptualise the ideal bathroom. A must visit for all IDs and architects.

Great customer experience in terms of the near displays of grohe and American Express products, as well as the 5* customer service provided by both Ibrahim and Zhan Hui ??? They are extremely helpful in recommending the products and would return calls promptly when I had issues with my order. Highly recommended! ?

There is a wide variety of bathroom and kitchen accessories, from middle to high range. You would be spoilt for choices! The two-storey showroom or gallery is tidy, clean and quiet. We could browse the items freely and at our comfort of time without being “pressured” to buy anything. GROHE is a trusted brand, we had our bathroom and toilet accessories for almost 25 years, and they are still working perfectly.

Very nice place to view and experience the wide range of Grohe products. It we a very nice, quiet place and well laid out. Other than Grohe, they also carry American Standard and Inax. Service was excellent. Hui Ho was patient and has good product knowledge. He explained the key features and differences among the different faucets. Anyway, note that with COVID-19, there is a worldwide supply and shipment problem. So check availability and best to buy early.
