Disappointing. I ordered twice from the restaurant.. the first time was great, and I was thinking that they have excellent customer service when I emailed about my delivery and requested for sandwiches to be cut in half - thought they were prompt and polite. Food was good. But it looks like it is only that way when ther are not addressing feedback that they want to ignore. Second order in a few days coz I was so impressed - both our Truffle Roast Beef sandwiches this time tasted like the beef was reheated in boiling water - leftovers that weren't sold? - it was completely tasteless apart from the sauce on top of it. For a sandwich that cost over twenty dollars this should not be happening at all. I had a really busy week but wrote in days later with the order number and order details to give feedback and ask for at least a credit for the bad sandwiches so I can order a different one next time (Pastrami was good both times). I would have understood even if they said no (at least I tried for the bad food experience) but addressed my feedback. No response. Will not be ordering again or patronising them when they reopen.

Disappointed with the food. Clearly the marketing far outstripped the actual quality of the food.. had it delivered but the potato chips that came with the sandwich are clearly just store bought (pringles-style) and tasted stale. The pastrami sandwich itself was ok and probably the only saving grace of the whole experience. Ordered the chilling fries and didn't know fries could be done wrong but they tasted awful. The chilli smelt awful.

The truffle roast beef tasted like tasteless water -boiled beef topped with truffle flavoured sauce. The pastrami melt just tasted like tough salty meat The chips, they look and taste like those you can get out of the long can in supermarkets. 1 star for the soft buttery bread which tasted alright but still too light, airy, soft and not fluffy. If you were to order for delivery the bread will turn very soggy.

Good vibes. I was just as shocked on being served "pringles" as I was to discovering flat earth theory.

I've been getting ads on Facebook from this establishment, and thinking how amazing it was that they knew I loved burgers and sandwiches. This evening, wife and I thought a sandwich would be a welcome change after experimenting with Chinese foods galore lately, so I got online and acted on those ads. Service: 5 stars. From the moment I placed my order until it arrived at the doorstep, the staff on duty was really nice and professional about making sure I knew where the order was every step of the way. I'd give them 5 stars anyday! Food: 3 stars. Ok. I'm not saying the food's bad! In fact, if anything, the servings were humongous, and both of us had problems finishing our Very substantial buttery toasts, loaded with what was advertised! It was one of the most hunky sandwiches I've had in a long time! The sandwiches didn't lack of fillings at all! The roast beef was tender, and juicy, and with the tangy sauces inside, tasted pretty good! I couldn't say the same for the SnowCrab though and sadly too! I Really wanted to say it was Great, but the SnowCrab filling tasted rather fishy and with each bite, it only got worse. 2 stars short of what would've been an excellent meal for 2. I don't know if things might have been different had we eaten there live, and probably the long trip to my home did make a difference to the freshness of the mayonnaised crab. I guess I may venture another order here, but I would personally steer away from the seafood?

Located at top floor of Jewel Changi, it’s one of the more prominent food joints in the area. We ordered a spread of sandwiches, Japanese rice don and oysters ($2/ea), with beer and a side of fries. Total damage was $50 per pax, but the food is decent. Ambience is comfortable, and staff is efficient. Overall, worth a visit if you’re looking for fusion cuisine.
