From my first meeting with Eugene, who explained in details the process of restoring my vintage Rolex, through receiving regular updates and pictures of the work in progress, to my final meeting with Bruce who shared about his experience in the industry - everything was great! My 1965 Rolex look as good as new! I will be retuning customer!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly professional and good knowledge of what they are doing. Went to repair a dent on my Rolex Batman Lug. A deep dent.
With a very reasonable price quoted by Eugene and Bruce, I must do my reference check, to their other past clients before I could trust this. I personally PM another few clients to ascertain their work is quality. It turned out all were satisfied with ROR works.
And lastly, they showed proof to me, they did an excellence job on my Rolex. Before visit them, I was in despair my watch was beyond repair. Trust them - go ahead . Thanks ! From Tim
