The salesperson in Northponit has very poor service and speaking to customers. Asking her that the eyebrow pencil is easy to use, can not answer the question I asked, I asked her if there is dark brown in that model? She just said that there are three colors. She asked me to take red brown. I asked her if it would not look like dark brown if it was drawn like this. She just said that your hair is not like darkbrown. Please trouble the company to be polite in training Northpoint employees. Attitudes and skills to speak to customers?????????

Hi , I believe that your employees are professionally trained . I don’t understand why give the wrong product to my sister . While holding the photo. My sister didn't go to sleep after work since last night. When my sister early in the morning go to your branch at 10:10am . Staff told her it opened at 10:30am. After 10:30am my sister went back .they said that their working time was 10:30am, but the computer time was 10 minutes slower than normal. My sister no choice to go back at 10:40am . Which is unacceptable to me. Because my sister went directly to change products after get off work. The body is already very tired still want to face your unprofessional colleagues. Your staff was helpless . When I shout like a madman during the phone until she make to call to someone . After that Your staff promised to help my sister solve the problem by a week to exchange the product . She also promised to give some samples to appease us temporarily. But this does not solve my sister's skin problem. Because those are what she tried before. And it has no effect on her .My sister is exhausted. Silently accepted constance's kindness. We are all big fans of your company. This time I was so disappointed. You have the best product. No good service. The colleague who got the wrong product is Han Dong Mei, and the colleague who helped to call is Constance. I hope you will contact me as soon as possible. Regards, Tim

I had the worst experiences at this outlet and it’s the same with all salespersons. There is something very wrong with the training of this outlet as they only want to sell things they wanted to sell without bothering to ask what you need or want and all will show a very black face if you’re not keen. Wonder why there is such a service disparity with other outlets which I do not have this issue but which I always experience whenever I visit this outlet. There is also no adherence to safety regulations. There was once when there was a family of 7 or 8 crowding at the cashier when only one person is paying and detering others from paying even though there were 2 counters. The sales girl standing at the side asked me to wait instead of using the other cashier to serve me when the family was already there for sometime since I stepped into the shop. I had to make her use her common sense and told her I’m rushing for time before she served me. Service at this outlet leaves much to be desired.

Bought the lightening set to try n clear blemishes. It works on my sister and I am confident it will work for me too! Bought >$300 n got a discount of $80/-????

Friendly Staffs. Ms Sharon attended to me several times and recommended great products for my face. Reasonable Price too. She is very knowledgeable about their products and patiently advises on the usage. Received positive reviews from my friends & Family on my face difference. Generous with their free gifts as well.

Friendly smiley staff who serves genuinely. Not pushy. Bought some skin care products as the ones im using from another brand is finishing soon. And they are pretty generous with the free gifts. (not sample size but) Travel sized shower creams, moisturers, 250ml cleansing water, masks, some serum and facial cleanser set. Highly recommended to visit the Yishun branch.
