Watsons Singapore - Northpoint City (Click & Collect)

have been purchasing items quite often from this Watsons Northpoint city (Yishun) previously. The staff was very friendly. However recently had been hesitate to patronise due to the unfriendly chinese cashier. usually will purchase bulk as insufficient time. & will attempt to use most of the vouchers to the potential (as the consumer's perspective). understand that maximum can use your to 3 reciepts to utilise the vouchers of $4 or $8 repetitively. yet When I requested for segregate payment the cashier shown faces *even thought I came at 930pm & no queue was behind me. ( there is only one consumer and i even let her pay first before me) . When I attempt to request again to segregate payment to utilise the voucher. the cashier ambiguously attempted to persuaded me to pay all together at one go so get 20% discount and entitle the voucher. to cut the story short I do not get her as I had 3 items each is about $30 to $50 each. Hence I clarify is it all together 20% or on certain products or can I segregate and she shown me faces and revert I suggested myself. . By all means if the cashier felt that is very taxing and the company shall share a better system to the cashier and instead of confusing us consumer or the cashier is impatience to do it. &made us consumers felt like we are cheap skate on doing it. then better straight away gave us the discount instead of giving vouchers & made the cashier gave us a dirty look ok. otherwise may set up an automatic payment self-help system where vouchers can be utilise (the current self--help point of sale cannot set up for vouchers redemption)

Today, on 2nd march. I visited Watson at northpoint city, i am very thankful to the staff name called ‘Jenny’. She was very friendly and helpful towards me and my friend, when she saw i was searching for something, she offered help and she even introduced me a product that suits my skin type and explained to me the usage of the product. Besides that, her attitude was very good and had a smile on her face while serving customer. I want to thank her for her kind and friendly service towards customer

Fast and easy. Just go up to any of their staff and say click and collect. Don't need to queue at the counter ?

The cashier stuff was rude and without confirming situation keep saying that we took the items, after checking cctv realised that it’s another customer who took our items and left.

We are here to get advice, not directed to buy certain brands of supplements just becos promoters say so for commeecial reasons. Advice is generic, not brand-based, as we r genuine n sincere in getting suitable products, customised to our unique cases. Your Pharmacist is good n professional in advice. Perhaps, watson can provide guidelines on promoters. It is very irritating to hear the same answers for our questions. It seems they come prepared with standard promotional answers.

The only Watson outlet by far this congested ! Very limited merchandise goods to browse; the same goes for pharmacies products!

It's located just beside the escalator. Most of the cosmetics and general emergency needs it have. Not crowdy most of the times. Some of the staff are very nice to everyone. Very few staff are not responsive sometimes. Anyhow service is good. Most of the items are almost in stock all the time. Very convenient place as it has beside and down stairs food courts, house hold things, etc at the same place.
