J	J hyspe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The women working on 2nd September 6pm was so rude. I asked her the price of the notebook and she showed me attitude?? then continue using her phone. The notebook is of good quality, but the customer service SRSLY needs to be improved.

I	Isabella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products are great but service attitude is bad. Worst customer service experience at Ponggol Waterway Ponggol Typo Outlet. Cashier staff Miss Izza was rude, incompetent, unprofessional and argumentative. We have experienced much better and friendlier service at other Typo outlets like the Wisma outlet or the cotton on outlet at Plaza Singapura.
c	candy rachel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who worked today (24th Jan) (around 6pm), she was really friendly and nice. (I did not get her name, unfortunately). Enquired about a calendar and she went over the extra mile to source for me, and even called other outlets to check if there were stocks available. I told her I was fine with a display set, and she put in a huge amount of effort to find it at her storeroom. Really grateful and thankful, I sincerely appreciated that! Thank you so much!
A	Adlina Al-Hadi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super crowded store especially on a Sunday but choice of music and ambience was great. Was expecting lousy service since it is busy but the cashier (quite young,abit babyface?) named izza i think, handled my checkout swiftly and was really pleasant. Will definitely come down more often when it is not so packed.

D	DR GOH PENG YANG DAVY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located inside Waterway Point Mall. A great place to shop for fanciful stationeries. There were a wide variety of designs for their note book. A lot of cute and cartoony designs too. Great for teenagers or youngster, quite sure, this store could be considered a one stop store for such products. Haha…. Didn’t expect to see a Care Bear designed note book too. There were also many types of phone cases. I meant really different designs and patterns for phone cases. Even their mugs, had a lot of designs. I could say that the layout of the store was good. Well designed, such that there was maximum visual satisfaction. A great place to shop for things that you didn’t know you need. Even window shopping would be an enjoyable experience there. Strongly recommended.
