Our appointment for thomson diagnostic imaging is 1530. We already in the centre by 1525 and was attending by the reception. Currently it's 1620 coming to an hour. This should not be the case. Imagine waiting for an hour on scheduled appointment, that is not nice to treat your friend or any one right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 10:30 appointment a week in advance. Arrived 30 mins early on a weekday. Its 12:15 now and still not my turn. What is the point of the appointment then? More people roaming around than actually doing any work. Really pathetic management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst department ever. They give you an appointment, you get there early and still make you wait 2 hours. They are poorly organized. Nurses and reception staff are clueless and frankly unfriendly. I would recommend you go to Mount Elizabeth Novena for your imagery. For the same price, you are treated on time and by experienced medical staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here for a scan with an appointment for 10am. Reached at 9:45am, registered for a number and was called in to perform the imaging at 10am. The expected duration for my scan was 10-15 mins and I was done by 10:20am. Pretty seamless experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had 20 weeks scan there. The technician who was doing my exam ses quite inexperienced. She hit me few times on my tummy during scan with handle so that baby moves. It was quite unpleasant to watch , someone is hitting on your tummy to make baby move. I was scared nothing happens to baby and also during scans few times were so painful she pressed handle on tummy so hard. It was so painful I literally scream with pain. The whole experience with her is not pleasant. Next time I will refuse if I assign the same person. I think it is important to share this exp. So that they can talk to her and she can do her job better in future. I don't want any other mummy to go through this experience so I am sharing here.
