★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw negative reviews but for me it was good experience.. our appointment was at 9.30, we reached around 9.16 and aftr finishing formalities we r called for the scan.. The person explained really v well in.detail.. They also shared the baby images via app to us. Overall good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience here. Appointment 0930hrs late for 20 mins due to traffic called to inform but never said we have to wait all the rest of the person tested then will call us. Even those who come after us much much much later . Asked to drink water to keep urine . No further information shared . Was told to go pass urine while waiting . Very bad treatment. Queue no 105 and was skip and call the rest which is unfair even the person come much much much later after us. With the current covid situation this is unacceptable for you to ask to wait for the patient for 2 hrs or more !
We arrived and infront of us only 2 people was queuing . Later arrived 4-5 people all arrived later was served first and we were just seated without any information given on how long to wait.
Finally done and scanning lady very friendly.
Explain details thank you so much for that ??

Nice view at the waiting area.
Many scanning room.
The place is clean and spacious.
Been here twice for baby scanning.
Attended by 2 different person doing scanning.
Both are experienced, knowledgeable & friendly.
However the receptionist or counter staff face look very serious & fierce.
As a customer services person, Please often showing your smiling face so that we can feel more friendly.
