★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was extremely rigid. Went over to get the my SPB153 misaligned bezel and the staff spent a good 15 minutes insisting that it was actually aligned. After the service, the alignment wasn't much better. Yet, he told me it's the best I'm going to get. Really quite disappointed with both the customer service and the ability of the staff there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my Seiko serviced here and the watch came back with finger prints all over the minute and hour hands. I brought it back in to have them clean the hands up and upon receiving my watch my minute hand is bent and the finger prints became smudge all over the hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service and a disgrace to the Japanese customer service culture. Took them 45mins to realise my digital watch has "weak battery". And I have to keep asking the counter to get them working on my watch. Had I not asked, I probably end up waiting there indefinitely. And to think I am the only customer there at 9am! Try to get the spectaculed matured lady to serve you if you visit, I think she was from former Thong Sia building. The other lady talks as though we owe her a living.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collected my SPB143 today. This is the 2nd time I send it in. First time after regulation not much difference. 2nd time, asked me to leave the watch there. I see this as a good sign as you're taking my watch seriously as it's near end of warranty. Now it's running +1 secs after 8 hours. That's very good for a Seiko automatic! 5 stars for the service but that malay woman at the counter quite impatient and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seiko authorized agent. Kinda hard to find 1st pass as lack of signage made it hard to find. Managed to knuckle it down, thanks to Google map. See the pics attached, hope this will help ppl find the place easier.
Friendly ladies behind the counter. Very upfront with the charges and clear about what is being charged.
