Here is a Joint Statement about our experience with Tidplus Design. Joint Statement of Tid Plus Design Pte Ltd (β€œTidplus”) and Lance Chua Xianpeng and Melissa Tang Hui Shing (β€œLance & Melissa”) Lance & Melissa engaged Tidplus to do certain works at their house. Subsequently some statements were made online by Lance & Melissa which hurt the reputation of Tidplus. This joint statement addresses the dispute between Tidplus and Lance & Melissa. Due to certain errors, some works were not done up to Lance’s & Melissa’s expectations due to errors done by Malaysian carpenters. Tidplus took responsibility for those errors and offered to rectify those errors but due to miscommunication, Lance & Melissa thought Tidplus only had Malaysian carpenters to rectify the errors when Tidplus actually had Singaporean-based carpenters. Meanwhile, Tidplus thought that Lance & Melissa were agreeable to waiting for the Malaysian Movement Restriction Orders to be lifted in order for them to get their Malaysian-based carpenters who were responsible for those errors to rectify them. The above miscommunication resulted in mutual unhappiness between Tidplus and Lance & Melissa. Tidplus would like to apologise to Lance & Melissa for the inconvenience and unhappiness caused by their Malaysian carpenter’s errors. First impression always play an important part. However, I was disappointed by the service and attitude of the staff. I made an appointment and had arrived early that day. Since I wasn't sure if I could go in and wait due to the recent covid situation and capacity limit in office, I hesitated and lingered outside the showroom for a while. Two staff were outside smoking but they did not make an effort to ask me if I was looking for anyone or if I had an appointment. Disregarding that, I walked in, checked myself in and decided to sit down on the couch. I was 20mins early and I saw that the ID I was supposed to meet was still with another customer. However throughout the whole 20 mins, no one came up to me and asked my reason for being there. As I waited for my appointment slot, more than 4 staff were walking in and out and it was obvious that they had seen me. Even those on the second level had looked down and saw me waiting but did not occured to them to ask me my purpose there. Perhaps that was their firm's protocol? I wouldn't know. After waiting for a good 20 mins to my appointment time, I texted the ID I was supposed to meet and told him that I was already sitting in the showroom. Feeling quite irritated now, I stopped a lady staff who was walking out for a smoke. I asked her if this is the way they treat any customer in the showroom. Obviously she couldn't answer me and only told me that the guy I was supposed to meet was still with another customer. It did not occur to her to inform the ID until I requested. I shall not go into the rest of the details. But a leaving note for any firm which prides themselves in their service. There is an abundance of firms and IDs out there but what distinguish one from the others is the level of service and attitude you portrayed to your customers. I left the place disappointed.

Place is too far and inaccessible, they provide water in the kitchen area. Surrounding got many good food. Tina is very professional and knowledgeable.
