Dishonest money changer, Treat customers like fool. Please take your own risk.

Visited 3 times. 1st time no problem. 2nd and 3rd I had trust issue , they tried to be dishonest and act blurred. I gave the benefit of doubt for 2nd visit and when the 3rd time happened again, sorry to take my business elsewhere

If there is a 0 star for me to rate.. I wud have rate 0 star or even negative star for this changer.. Here is WHY: Aunty wanted to change $100 to rupiah.. On their board, they input $1 is IDR 10650..BUT she was given 1 million rupiah instead and they changed for her $97 based on IDR 10300..my aunty went off.. They did not even gave her a receipt till she stayed and counted the notes..then when i talked to him, he said below $100 is IDR 10300.. They nvr indicate if below $100 is diff rate. But the changer, he himself admitted tat he got no small change..soo he changed below $100 for her based on the below 100 rate..wanna do business please do an HONEST ONE! ITS NT MY PROB IF UR MONEYBOX OR WATEVER U CALL IT GT NO SMALL CHANGE. TATS UR PROB TO FIGURE. EXCHANGE RATES U INPUT ON UR BOARDS ARE THERE FOR A REASON! DUN TRY TO CON PPLE ESP THE ELDERLY & give me these kind of stupid reasons!! Coz u gt no small change.. U auto give a lower rate becoz ur own side no small change??!! Wat is this?! Lucky enuff he refunded the $100 to my aunt.. Coz if they didn't..i will not hesistate to report to the authorities..Seriously ur dishonesty will get u nowhere in any business u put urself into.. Esp if it involved $$..such discrepencies are a disgust to me.. Esp if it involves elderly pple.. Take note of this! Definitely will not go back..

Do not come to this place to change your money. I myself kena con by sg$30. Malaysia currency rate is 0.338 by when I change they only given 0.334. The excuse is that if you change 100,000. I pass by another money changer at ground floor. They say it's 0.337 No different even change 10rm. Bad day for me. The shop is not sincere

I just called and the staff is soooo rude.. why don't you just "Sorry but we are unable to change for you :(" rather than saying "dun want" & just hang up the phone. :( :( :(

We went to exchange SIN dollar to USD and from looking at the exchange rate broad is very confusing so we asked the India staff how much is the exchange rate for SIN dollar to USD the staff straight away ignored us and point at the exchange rate broad, so I patiently ask again then he calculated for us. Everything was fine until one of the $50 SIN dollar that we got from ATM was abit torn, he throw back to us and say cannot accept so I urgue back with him and he said he don't want to exchange the money for us because "we argue back with him". The staff service was very bad and staff also have no customer service!!! Is not like their exchange rate was good just that it happen to be near my place, there is other place with better exchange rate and I will not exchange from there ever again.

Guess now it says Vision Exchange. Smooth transaction. Professional staff. Competitive rates. Found better rate for INR compared to the other money changers in Jurong Point. Could be a timing thing also.
