Awesome time at Timezone Marina Square with the kids. Moksin was extremely attentive and friendly with us. Would highly recommend this place for the whole family. Thank you Moksin for the great time.

Clean and organize outlets. All machines are working safe to play. The items to be redeemed has improved since the last time i came here. We totally enjoyed playing at timezone whenever we can!

Moksin is helpful, friendly, approachable and awesome. We were surprised when we step in today. He is a one man show. He explained to us patiently when we have issue with our card as our last visit was quite some time back. He always greeted customers with a smiling face which makes our visit there an enjoyable one. Though it’s quite a small arcade, there are sufficient games and entertainment for perhaps 30 min of fun at least. One of the better place to exchange tickets for items! There’s quite a number of $50 top up + $50 free credit promotion ongoing right now and try downloading their apps to enjoy more benefits! Wasn’t able to get the limited edition SpongeBob gaming card today, the young man staff was helpful and friendly.

Due to covid, we were away for more than a year. When we came back, we found both our cards empty of both points and actual topped up value. I enquired at the front desk and they said it's in the terms in the website and back of card and that they had already extended then. I explained that due to covid we hadn't been back but he repeated the same story and with no recourse or options. This is a disappointing experience as a customer. I can understand that it's a business and that it's written at the back of card and in website, but man, this is disappointing of communication and management. There are things one can consider such as nominal admin fee to reactivate and restore the points and value being one of them. Rather than "oh since you didn't come back we reserve the right to eat up all the points and value". We used to come here weekly before and I'd top up $50-100++ regularly too to play for myself and family. This place has had some simple good memories then, good for young ones but other than that, I won't be coming back - no thank you.
