All thanks to Hearing Consultant Alesha's patience, she finally willing to put on the hearing aids because they're not noisy at all. Now we can communicate with her without raising the voice. We didn't know the hearing loss could link to dementia, really appreciate her informative consultation so we were able to find the suitable device for her.
