The Hearing Room (by appointment)

This is my 3rd set of hearing aids and is definitely the best service I received so far. Luke and his team rendered friendly attention to details during testing for my hearing parameters and explaining to me the details of Signia Charge & Go X5 for my needs. This hearing aids are of high quality and performance and I would recommend those in need to visit The Hearing Room.

I would like to thank Luke and his Audiologist for their world class service. They were extremely patient and understanding to my elderly uncle. During the testing, they also discovered that my uncle’s ears were blocked and infected. Luke kindly gave me an ENT specialist immediately on the same day for an ear irrigation procedure to clear the ear wax and treatment of the infection. We were grateful for his time and professional service during the testing time. Strongly recommend to go to The Hearing Room if anyone has issue with hearing. Thank you Luke and Team ! ?

I have not purchased my hearing sets from them yet but they fixed my current sets. My previous centre at Chinatown for some reason doesn’t want to serve and help me though been with them for many many years due to change of management. So when I tried many places to fix my hearing aid, most of them are interested to make profit.Many tried to upsell their products instead of looking into my current aids. As my hearing needs are sensitive and not able to wear other brands, I approached the supplier agent. They then recommended me Hearing Room. I was a bit skeptical at first but they have met and went beyond my expectations. I am extremely touched to the point that they even got the agent audiologist to come down to help me what the issue I was facing back then. To cut the long story short,Hearing Room is passionate at what they does and help people to get the right aids. I highly recommend compare to other competitors. Thank you Luke and Suzanne.

3 years ago, advised by my health screening Doctor to try a hearing aids, I went to visit a hearing aid company. After trying their products, I couldn’t see the benefit and difference to have a hearing aids, I decided not to have one. Recent months, my brother-in-law introduced me to The Hearing Room. The first visit to them, they gave me a total difference and new experience. Luke and Susanna patiently explained the details, their customer experiences and benefits wearing a hearing aids. They first did a complete test to understand my hearing abilities. They than suggested a suitable hearing aids. Most important was they let me tested by wearing hearing aids in daily environments: general discussion, TV, phone…. etc. Luke even walked with me to the street to test the hearing aids. Wow… I had a new experience on the vibrancy of sound Which I have missed in my daily environments without a hearing aids. Also, most important was Luke and Susanna explained and guide me how to use them. Buying a hearing aids is not buying a headphone. Susanna configured the hearing aids to meet my hearing ability and usage profile. She patiently configured the hearing aids until I were 100% satisfied with the hearing aids. After sales services were critical, hence, Luke and Susanna scheduled two more sessions for me to go back to further fine tune the hearing aids to meet my needs, if required. I have the hearing aids for almost 6 months now. I would recommend anyone who needs a hearing aids should visit The hearing Room( Luke). You would have a pleasant experience.

I would recommend those who are seriously considering hearing aids to check out this place. Luke and Suzanne are patient and helpful in that they will not hard sell you on unnecessary products. They will listen to your concerns and recommend the best option to suit your requirement. Not only did they explain in detail on the various features, they also allow me to test it out until I'm satisfied with the outcome. My 2 appointments with them span nearly 1 year apart and each time I'm impressed by their professionalism and customer-centrism. Thanks to them, I finally purchased my 1st hearing aid with them after nearly a year and half of consideration.

I was partially skeptical when I made an appointment to visit The Hearing Room. This was after few prior consultations elsewhere which were not convincing. However I was so glad I did and was very happy with the journey which Luke and his Audiologist, Susanna walked me through the thorough check and analysis of my hearing condition and thereafter prescribed a suitable set. The hearing device is user friendly and comfortable on my ears. Naturally I was not used to it at the beginning and not familiar with the paired App. Luke and his Audiologist were both extremely patient in teaching and guiding me how to use them. I am also impressed with the technology of the hearing aid the pairing App that allowed me to adjust at different level and environments based on my hearing needs. Luke had been very prompt to respond and solved my questions and doubts on usage. I am so pleased to know that I can call him and The Hearing Room for follow up enquiries. This is what I recognized as professionalism and good after-sales service. Honestly my quality of life wasn’t great with my hearing impairment, I silently suffered frustration and was speaking louder than normal, this was the general comments I heard of from others. This changed after the past few weeks of using the hearing aid and I actually received compliments that I have become more soft spoken and patient, I do realize that I have become more responsive too and feel happier mood. I am thankful to Luke for his patience in making me feel at ease and comfortable during the consultation and there after. I will not hesitate to recommend those who suffered the same hearing impairments to seek help at The Hearing Room.

My dad went to The Hearing Room for a consultation. I know the importance of hearing, especially for the elderly. Luke Tan (owner) n Susanna (audiologist) were BOTH present throughout the very thorough consultation. Competent, patient, understanding, reassuring & never pushing for a sale! After sales service is TOPS. Susanna would always answer my calls n what’s app messages. When my dad needed adjustments to his aids, they both visited (cos of Covid situation and my dad was still undergoing treatment). They not only serviced the hearing aids, they brought joy to him. Very good partners if u or your loved ones need to check hearing to get hearing aids.

Brought my elderly father-in-law to The Hearing Room as we suspected he may have a hearing issue. So glad we did that. Luke and his Audiologist did a thorough check and discovered his hearing was at a very suboptimal state. The hearing aid that was prescribed was very easy to use, and both Luke and his Audiologist were extremely patient in teaching us how to use the set. We were quite impressed with the technology for the hearing aid which could be adjusted to cater to different environments n hearing preferences. The hearing device was also very comfortable and discreet, with many choices of colors which would blend in nicely. The best testimony was how my father-in-law could now engage actively in our conversations, has a renewed interest in watching television n in making phone calls with his friends again and is so much more alert now！We had not realized his hearing had been so severely impacted and that he had been struggling to engage in these daily activities as he couldn't hear！Really grateful for Luke's speedy response to my call for help, his thoroughness in attending to us and his empathetic clinical skills. His jovial manner put us all at ease, so that a proper diagnosis could be done. And very glad to know I can call on him and The Hearing Room anytime for any follow-up enquiries.
