β β β β β The rice is definitely ?!!! However the chicken is not :( It will be great if they are able to figure out to serve a really nice tender chicken! Will give it a try again next time. :)

β β β β β Overall 3 stars. Food was not too bad and could receive 4 stars. Hainanese boneless chicken rice ($3/plate) was soft and tender and came with a generous amount of chicken. Oyster vegetables was average. Lime juice was average but suspiciously overly yellow. The only reason why I am giving this 3 stars is because the outdoor sitting area was invaded by flies and insects. The blowing fans helped cooled the area and also send those poor insects into my food. Not too sure how many "extra ingredients" went into my food during the course of my dinner.

β β β β β Back after a 3 year break from chicken rice and it is as good as ever. The poached chicken was succulent and tasty, blending well with the chilli. Also like that the chilli was nicely balanced and not too garlicky. The soup is self served so that was a nice extra.

Their fried tofu is crispy and worth a try!

β β β β β I haven been here since 6 yrs ago. Standard of the chicken rice n chicken have fallen far beyond my imagination. I order the large portion but the serving was like normal serving i had outside. Very disappointed cos this used to be the best chicken rice in Singapore...

β β β β β Personally I find that this place serves the best chicken rice in Pasir Ris / Loyang area. The chicken is very tender and juicy and the rice on its own is very tasty. It also comes with free flow of soup.
The place only has outdoor seating. Being located in Changi Village, the area has a very relaxing, chill vibes and you can see a lot of green parrots called red breasted parakeets flying about.
Although the uncle may seem a little unfriendly but please don't mind him. There's one google review where the owner had replied that the uncle is very old with hearing problems.
