β β β β β Ordered grab, their mac anc cheese portion was really little depsite it being alright last time I ordered grab from them. The moment I opened it you can see gaps between them. It shows how little the portion is. Wasted $14.80 on this, hopefully they won't do this to other customers and I won't be ordering grab from them again.

β β β β β Service is overall good; manager n staff very attentive. My Main was prep within 10mins during peak. I had the newly launch plant-based Impossible Burger Main ie. Meat free. Taste good juicy just like beef ? I like this better comparatively to a Shake Shack burger. Tried the single scoop mint ice cream. Swensen menu quite comprehensive many varieties! Enjoyedβ¦..
Updated : 2nd visit same good experience Manager n staff adhere strictly to safe distance management during peak hours; orderly n calm ensure you dine with ease.

β β β β β Rude and unacceptable crew. Especially the malay lady. Observed her for quite awhile. Took our plates and other table plates without asking. Show very annoyed to a kid where she couldn't decide on her order. Walk away and continue to her stuff. Food portion is smaller by half which was shown in the menu. I nvr knew swensens has gone down so dramatically. It amazes me. The childhood experiences I had was destroyed by this unforgettable malay lady.

β β β β β Itβs my second visit here and I simply love their impossible burger! Itβs so delicious and appetising. Although itβs a very busy branch but the employees here are friendly and attentive especially Joanna ! She is very proactive and always attends to customers politely. She is also very diligent and keep walking around to ensure the wellbeing of all the customers! Thumbs up Joanna and keep up the good work!

β β β β β Food is okay; the classic items on the menu were quite standard. Staff are friendly, prompt and attentive. Great service. The air-conditioning is freezing, but I think it's more to do with the Seletar Mall operations than Swensen's.

β β β β β Swensenβs is my favorite childhood ice cream restaurant that hasnβt really change much for decades! My all time favorite is the Banana Split and Coit Tower! Surprisingly, this outlet has pretty decent service levels!
