h	hehe haha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is rude and inflexible. Not all cakes are eligible with the set meal. Asked if I could change the cake in the set to banana cake, she was like “I already told you all the available options, if have I would have said it”.
E	Erh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seats always unvailable but there is 1 table reserved for their staff n customer is not allowed to take though it was empty. The seats are still organised w crosses over the table like pre-opening period. Gotta to wait not only for seats but also for ordering of foods though the queue was short. U hv 2wait for long time. The mee siam i ordered was below average. Fun Toast Mee Siam is much better.
E	Ezann Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady with short hair crew cut is extremely rude. I waited long looking at the panel for my number and meanwhile working on my laptop. When i went to the counter to ask, the young lady was nice to ask the kitchen to prepare it now for me. The older lady with short hair stormed towards and lamented that she called out verbally for my number but no one came so she gave it to someone else. I said sorry I didn’t hear it, she repeated her in rage. I am willing to wait and not complaining, I didn’t expect an apology but didn’t deserve to get this treatment. Horrible service by her!

Only the Vietnamese gal manning the counter, taking orders, preparing the drinks and payment collection.. Where are the other staffs? This is my second time here this month at this hour.. same experience..
L	Lin Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was only half full. One person in the queue. It doesn’t look busy but the cashier is furiously fulfilling the grab orders. That’s fine, but it was quite a wait for me to even get my order in. Just need to take note just because there’s no queue doesn’t mean it’ll be fast. Problem is when I ordered tea. They gave me coffee instead. There was a little resistance when I tried to change it but they did change it back so a little redemption for that. They made me feel like I was the one who ordered wrongly. Still an okay visit anyway so 3 stars.

The lady urshering the crowd is doing an amazing job, her skills to ensure everyone has abide the Covid19 law is a Perfect 10, she's seen helpful & kind to disabled customer, ensuring they sit comfortably. Managing people (Singaporean) is not ez but she does with much care & great interpersonal skill. Toastbox should reward her as Employee of the Year and setting good standards for the brand, an brand ambassador indeed. 5 stars to her !

L	Lynette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an early 7.30am, but the staff were already busying themselves with their respective roles to start operations at 8am. Meanwhile, the mall's robot was also busy sweeping the common area, happily singing along! Hungry customers trickle in fast but sat down, patiently awaiting the start time. Then the brighter lights went ON as the queue formed (and cleared of course). One staff was at counter, from taking the orders to cashiering, plating the cake, eggs and making the coffee. Kitchen staff did the rest - getting up the toast, whipping up the Mee Rebus, etc, before the queue numbers were automated-called and customers returned to collect their food. Good food. Spacious seating area. Happy & polite staff. Thank you. See you again.
