★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is bad. Attitude from the Vietnamese is super rude to the customer. Asked for no chilli and coriander but when received all in. Order taker never bother to listen and got to repeat 3 times to her for a simple Mee rebus. Food quality not appealing at all. The whole environment is like fish market. Noise noise noise with aunties arguing over who is right and wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular customer since Waterway point opened its branch. The tea was excellent but currently the drinks maker has changed. The tea no longer taste good. It is very bland and has no standard. Paying such a high price for a cup of tea that has no taste is really a disappointment. I don't think I'll purchase tea from Toastbox if the maker doesn't change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very poor. Lady serving took orders wrongly, and refused to admit that. Has a rude and unfriendly attitude.
Coffee is worse than it used to be. Ordered gao coffee, ended up with a sub par coffee. Had to ask for another cup. Lady order taker again calimed that I didn't place order properly.
Inside sitting area is also very warm and stuffy.
Prefer going to the Heavenly Wang nearby for better service and coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought a set of chicken curry from waterway point outlet and while eating I feel like there a pc of plastic in side my mouth as shown in the picture uploaded, it had been quite sometime I didn't eat their curry set due to covid, I remember the last time i ate was in 2021 at other outlets the chicken curry tastes nice n thick but the curry as shown in the picture look very oily n it's doesn't taste nice at all..
Hope the management can take care of the quality of your signature chicken curry that use to taste very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The coffee used to be good. Now the coffee is worst than Koufu or Kopitiam. Not worth paying more. The staffs are always talking to each other while making coffee or collecting payments and the place are very small. Sitting outside can be very hot in the afternoons. Not recommended for the time being until I dare to taste it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee is good. I haven’t encountered any bad experiences in this outlet despite all the negative reviews. People need to understand that there is a time limit in Toastbox, and need to be considerate and give up the seat once they are done. People who gave 1 star reviews were probably chased off cos they kept playing with their phones and not eating/drinking thus affecting the outlet’s turnover. Peace ✌?
