No pushy sales. Self service. Quite a number of dressing room. Clothes pricing reasonable. Have men, kids to women collection but design is quite young.

Absolutely adore the variety of clothing this outlet offers! Experienced a particularly exceptional service from one of their staff - Charlotte. She saw to my every need, especially when I was using the fitting room. I'd asked for her input, and she offered in bringing in a size down for me. Although she brought the wrong design, she made it up for me by finding the right one. I felt bad for troubling her, but she'd taken it in stride - not once looking annoyed, but instead remaining smiling and helpful. Loved her service. Thank you! ?

I've just been to yishion waterway point, there is one female sales staff, the older staff, is very rude. Ask her whether have size for a T -shirt, replied to me rudely and when my wife asked her again when she came out of dressing room, she just point elsewhere and refuse to open her mouth, can't expect any good service from waterway point Yishion . Is as if sheowns the Yishion shop.She has attitude problem..not suitable for sale line

You have to experience it ur self to understand how rude is the staff there. The one standing in the cashier, expecting u to fold the cloths and her eyes are open big enough to fall out!

Went there on 5 June in the early afternoon with my mum. My mum paid $39.90 for a $14.90 bag!!! What happened was that after paying and getting the change back, my mum was checking the receipt and the change while we were on the way to exit the shop. She realised that the cashier had only given her $10.10 back when she gave the cashier $50. At this point of time, we were still in the store and my mum had just taken her wallet out to prepare to put the change back in her wallet. She then head back to the cashier to inform her that the cashier short changed her of $25!!! The cashier denied and argued with her at first. Then she proceed and return my mum the $25, asking my mum to leave her phone number with her and that should the cash by the end of the day not tally, she will call my mum back if it does not tally. At this point of time, we felt that it was reasonable, so we agreed. However, 10 minutes later, the promoter said that they were missing $25 from their daily sales tally and at this point of time, I had my 1st suspicion point: At first, the promoter said that they would tally their sales at the end of the day, then now she said that they have tallied the daily sales for the day already because she is not working in the evening??? Afterwards, she called my mum a few times, first time saying they are missing $25. Second time saying that they were missing $15 and then after I questioned why the amount is different, she argued to say that she said $25 and not $15??? —> suspicion point 2. They then requested for us to return to the shop to return the $25. What kind of service is this???!? I used to buy a lot of clothing from other outlets of Yishion and the old Punggol waterway outlet and this is my first time visiting the new outlet after they shifted their location and I am so disappointed and angry at the promoter’s attitude! I will NEVER EVER want to visit that store ever again!!! So please think twice before you visit this store. Thank you for reading my review and that’s it for the day…
