β β β β β The noodles here are really really tasty! Iβve been really missing xi an famous foodsβ noodles from New York and while most of the dishes here are soup based rather than dry-tossed, the flavors are kinda similar and delicious regardless.
They are generous with the meat and garnishing. I ordered takeout and the food was packed really neatly, with noodles, toppings and soup all separated.
The home made plum juice is also really goodβnot too sweet and slightly tangy. I enjoyed the yogurt as well though thatβs a little on the sweeter side, but it makes for a nice end to the meal.
I had some reservations about trying this place originally because I never really see anyone inside, but this must just be a hidden gem!!
Writing a review in the hopes that more people visit because Iβd be truly truly upset if they closed.

β β β β β Very surprised by the good quality of the food. Noodles were freshly pulled on the spot. So al dente! The sour veg was really good. Will definitely be back again. Soup is very authentic.

β β β β β The noodles are authentic Lan Zhou style. The portion (esp beef) is generous for the price tag, and the noodles are chewy and hand made on the spot, although a bit too hard for my liking. The staff are attentive and the ambience nice and cozy. Would come back again as my after work dinner.
