Cooking is well done, especially for the belly pork; gyoza and the lady's fingers.
Service is well rated!
Quality of the beef used has to be improved, to match the cooking efforts.
Could enhance higher rating, if the wooden chairs are provided with cushioned seats, and preferably with a decent back rest.
Could also end the meal with some quality Japanese desserts.
Overall, a good attempt for a new comer to the Holland Village F&B eateries!
